I put simply water+NAoH+aluminium piece(2inch) in glass jar and fix a rubber pipe one end in air intake while other in jar cap. It consume almost 5 hours that produce good amount of H2. And i am Cab driver so it saves fuel as well produce better torque.

And thirdly, how reliable is this system in conjunction with a start-stop automation (engine stops automatically under 5 km/h with the clutch released in N and restarts automatically when the clutch pedal is pressed The ignition and all the other electrical load remains ON during the auto-stop! On one hand, this brings up many engine starts and stops e.g. in heavy city traffic or in traffic jams AND on the other hand the HHO generator keeps producing gas while the engine is not running.) Would be nice to hear from you!
