There is an in-depth tutorial on how to do so: ua-cam.com/video/Eg-5Tms0LVE/v-deo.htmlsi=ATY23jK7VRItq8Lr in order to put them as replace simply rename the vehicle files as well as the names under carvation and vehicle meta to police2 or whatever replace car you want
