Basically you have to play with the extras activating and deactivating some in order to change the direction of the arrow

Yeah since they are non ELS the only way really to change the pattern is by removing extras. Personally I disable the extras to make the arrow face left and I save the car so that every time it spawns it points to the left due to the fact that 99% of the time you pull people to the right

Simply use this mod: www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/16543-make-non-els-vehicles-els/ You just need to name the ELS file to whatever the car name is and your non els vehicle will now be els

Yeah actually you can that’s what I do. There is an in-depth tutorial on how to do so: ua-cam.com/video/Eg-5Tms0LVE/v-deo.htmlsi=ATY23jK7VRItq8Lr in order to put them as replace simply rename the vehicle files as well as the names under carvation and vehicle meta to police2 or whatever replace car you want
