Possibly the greatest advantage of practicing inner silence is that it's really hard to get our be depressed if you aren't beating yourself up all the time, wasting energy on making plans that never come out right, planning what you are going to say, or pining over someone or something.
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,649 subs and > 1k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
I have practiced this advice in my personal life and can arrest that having self reflection and examination of your ailments can lead to their root causes, and if your honest with yourself you can make genuine changes. I did it myself before I really got to nto this "spiritual stuff" and channels like this confirm my methods are true and effective. You have to ask yourself hard questions.
You weren’t left out you were spared…. Set aside. Preserved. You will experience romantic love but you’re currently developing the qualities that make you so unique. Be happy during this time and learn abt yourself and your gifts
When you get to a certain age usually around 30, you realize that marriage is just ritual or ceremony that the general population is accustomed to. There is no need for any of that in reality. In fact many find that there was no moving forward in their spiritual development had they gone that route. Personally I made tons of costly mistakes in my teens and 20s. But now that I'm 36, I know I dodged a bullet. My conscious awareness and spirit are far too precious.
Hey. You aren't actually depressed because you haven't had a relationship. It's responding to the voices in your head that say you should have done this and that and be this and that or you aren't good enough. The relationship voices are just number one in a never ending assembly line of things your mind will find to tell you that you're not good enough. Even this video will fuel the egos sense of standing as having an ability to be better or worse than others. In my well studied opinion there is no difference whatsoever between the being, which is the life of the body, of one person and any other person. The only separation between one and another is the state of mind one in which one finds themselves. All seemingly different beings exist in the same mind but in different states and in different categories like the 12 tribes of Israel, 12 disciples, 7 laps around Jericho, Elijah purging the child 7 times, 7 letters to 7 churches in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to St John. The revelation to St. John is the revelation of his being to his awareness who is "the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead" Rev. 1-5. The dead is the face of God who Jacob saw and recognized when he confessed I am Jacob. Jacob is the face of God as is the person who each of us appears to be but is not. Our being is"the light of the world that shines in the hearts of All men though most know it not" Gsp. of John. All the major religions say the same thing in different words. The Revelation of Jesus Christ to St John began on the Lord's day when John was in the Spirit. This means focused on the breath (Spirit) asking who am I, what is my being. Jacob sent all his worldly concerns across the river before wrestling with the angel in the Land of Pineal. The land of Pineal is where the third eye sees and possibly where everything is actually seen and experienced. Would like to see the land of Pineal? Does that sound exciting to be able to see for yourself where the land of Pineal is in this very moment? Ok I'll put it in the next comment.
Einstein said imagination is more important than knowledge. I think this is because he knew his formula E equals MC2 is the formula for imagination and all knowledge about the world is produced through the process of this formula and only makes sense in it's relationship to the Universe, that is exactly what it means by the theory of relatively. The information only makes sense relative to itself. Every physicist agrees that energy and information are interchangeable. Even the materialists who believe consciousness emerges from matter realize energy equates to information. What they don't realize is the information is created through the process of imagination which is the sole creator of our imaginary Universe. Hopefully your thinking, ok but where's the land of Pineal. Ok, with your eyes open imagine a beach. Imagine what it actually feels like to be there. Feel the warm air and breeze. Smell the air and hear the sound of waves and seagulls or whatever you hear. Listen, feel, hear all of what it means to be there until you know what it is, until that is the only place you know of. That is the land of Pineal where Jacob wrestled with the angel but having let go of worldly concerns like beaches so there was only himself to experience. The self who is the Lord our Savior, the one who is looking who is the same in everyone as the light of the world. 🙏⚕️🙏

So how can one help one self. Have to go into alter state , by actions of care , it's really hard though
