- We drove over to the east of the island, about an hour's drive, to the market town of Santanyi.
It must be one of the biggest markets on the island, and well worth a visit.
We also visited the church and church museum and were treated to a wonderful concert, but that will be in a separate video.
Thanks for watching.

One of the biggest. We didn't manage to get around it all.
That market was huge, the church was extraordinary, can't wait for the recital. Thanks for taking us with you.

Decided half way through to watch it on TV. I absolutely love the Spanish churches. Loved this video and love a market. Hope one day to go there , thankyou.
The organ recital was a real surprise.

What a fantastic video Steve. That was a busy market. I can’t believe how amazing the church was for being a village church
Wait until you hear the organ recital... video to follow.
Fabulous video, enjoy your wine and have one for me, cheers!! 🥂😁
Cheers Susan.

Safe journey.
Another great video
Too hot for walking around a market for me ♨️♨️
Keep safe
We had to stop for a cool drink and the church provided welcome relief.
Thank you for your video I visited Cala Santanyi last week but I didn’t have time to explore the town so your video was a godsend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think if you and your wife were able to rule the world it would be a better, more civilised and safer place.
Glad you enjoyed it Dawn.
what a fantastic choice of goods village markets in uk are indecline
They seem to be thriving here.
Hello lovely people how are you thanks for show us around
Our pleasure Anne Marie.
Hi Steve, Rayne and I will be over there from the 22nd. I have a quick question for you. Is the mercat de l'Olivas within walking distance of the city centre?. Many thanks for all your videos
It is not far from Plaza España, about 5 minute walk
@@SteveandAnitainMallorca Many thanks for your help, not far at all.
The sheer size of the various churches on Mallorca is impressive.
Are you sure your organ recital was genuine? In several of the churches I visited back in February the music came from CD & a PA system.
My old school (in Stockport) had an impressive pipe organ which at one stage I wanted to learn to play. I ended up working with large computer systems instead.
This was genuine, with a camera on the orgainst as she played.
Hey Steve and Anita, me and my family are going to Palma Nova, Palma on the 24th June, my young siblings want to know how far a McDonald’s is from Palma Nova hotel in Palma? Xx
McDonald's!!! It's on the beach in Palmanova. There's another in Magaluf and one in Palma, opposite C&A.
There are lots of much better places to eat in Palmanova.
@@SteveandAnitainMallorca thanks! Have you got any advice on good places to eat ?
@@courtneybolton9836 There are so many great places to eat in Palmanova.
