Spamton NEO hardly moves is the issue. Any effort to remain true to how he is in game results in a hardcore zoner with low mobility.

A neat thing about lancer is that his laugh taunt changes depending on the color palette u chose. For example if u pick the “he lives in my basement” color template, it replaces the default lancer laugh with jevil’s.
The alts are so nice!! What is with the deltarune characters having such good colors?

God damn it Tobert you glorious madman
Toby's art style consists mostly of plain colors (Undertale used the default colors from MS paint lmao) so the sprites are made to work with these.
Meaning that unlike other characters, it doesn't look absolutely jarring when you choose a non-default one

I approve of all these explosions. All the other deltarune characters are severely lacking.
Something that's not noticeable until you play the alts is that for characters who have a laugh sound, they actually use that instead of Lancer's laugh. It's a neat little detail. The ones that have unique laughs are Susie, King Spade, Jevil, Queen, Spamton, Sans, Wario, Robotnik, Boss Baby, and Captain Falcon. Yeah that's kinda a lot.
Another amazing workshop character! Now we just need Susie and the gangs all here! (and optionally, an actual ralsei)

Sadly Ranno isn't even considered a crossover skin.
They could make a single character and delegate the skins to each character, similar to how the Snake mod works
