Vana Tallin is like 1000y. old and the new one is 50-300y. Skycrapers are 10y or more. Helsinki is 400y. old and the city of Vantaa is maybe 40 years old (if even that) of course the history can go back even 10 000 years if you look for bones and all that stuff but the City where Helsinki airport is (vantaa) is only 40 years old . It used to be the "countryside of Helsinki" why I mention this. Because lots and lot of tourist go to Tallin from Helsinki international airport and then ferry via the Gulf of Finland so this is good to keep in mind. I think food is better in Tallin than Helsinki and it even comes faster and cheaper etc.. but Helsinki have like the best food in the world when it comes to supermarkets. I mean the food is so fresh and cheap there. The price is same like in india and the quality is better than in america. What I've heard that in London one banana cost 1 pound and it's gonna be even more expensive after brexit =O and Tobacco cost 10or more pounds but it's so cheap in Estonia. but if you buy tobacco outside you need to pay the taxes that are different in different countries, still it's not that same tax what you pay if you go to random kiosk in your home country, many people get confused with this and think it's the same tax. If you go to Estonia with airplane you really should take cargo luggage in case you buy souveniers because there is so much hand made products in Tallin. but don't smuggle that tobacco or alcohol without tax ;) people do that with ferry travel but they take risks.
