ahahahha reflecting heat does NOTHING to change the temperature of the climate in an area.. it does help reduce the cooling load inside a building..

They didn't do a good job of explaining how the paint works. It radiates infrared at a wavelength that is not absorbed by the atmosphere. In addition, it reflects over 98 percent of incoming light. This allows the paint to go to subambiant temperatures.
