- Baker City is a city in and the county seat of Baker County, Oregon, United States. It was named after Edward D. Baker, the only U.S. Senator ever killed in military combat.
I like your video's and love your taste in music for them, I grew up in Portland, Oregon and have not been to Baker city but looks great.

I love your driving videos. I love Oregon and I want to move there one day. personally I like the videos better without the music I like the white noise of the tires on the pavement and the cars driving by it makes me feel more like I’m there, the music distracts from that. It’s actually easy to replay the ones without music because it’s good to go to sleep to the white noise of just regular driving. I don’t know if anyone has an expressed a preference to you before so that’s my input I would like to know if other people feel the same or if they prefer the music over the natural sound. Great videos though :)
Thanks the reason i have music in some and not the others is because in some i'm riding with someone and talking. Otherwise i would just have them all be white noise. I'm going for quanity for now. So have to have music in some. Once i get all the cities up i'll try to redo some with white noise.
@@OregonTropics oh ok I see yeah that makes sense :) I put music in my video sometimes to cover copyrighted copyrighted music so I didn’t know if you were just listening to copyright stuff during that time

@@OregonTropics I understand that. It isn’t easy having a channel it’s a lot of work. I am living for these videos. I haven’t been to oregon in ten years and all I want to do is move there. It’s nice seeing these smaller towns too it gives me more options to look in to. I subbed to your channel! Keep up the good work

Ya i have probably 90% of the top 50 in oregon completed and 70% of the top 100 i'll keep looking at the list and checking off any remainders. After the top 100, the towns are harder to do driving tours of though since they only have a couple interesting streets.

How is the weather?
@@aquiconfeya I love it. Winter is really long, but that's my favorite season so I don't mind. Spring is probably the shortest. Fall is an amazing time of the year with cool evenings and warm days. Summer can get pretty hot, but it's peak only lasts a couple months
We get hardly any rain, maybe 20 inches at MOST per year... Where I am specifically I think we only get 9-12 inches. The mountains heavily affect the weather, so picking your location in the valley is important. They also affect the daylight, depending on how close you are to them

@ashton4329 yes, I am retired and looking for small town, I am tired of California traffic 🫣 I hope I can find something to rent while I buy my own house. We are selling my house and we are getting ready to move. Thanks for the inf.
@@aquiconfeya I love it here and would recommend it to anyone, that being said you should definitely visit for a bit if you can and get a feel of the town. If you do end up looking here I'd recommend Jeff Anderson for a realtor, he's great to work with and knows the area well
