- Meditation starts at 22:30 after a full training on the power, purpose and history of the Merkabah.
The purpose of this meditation is to fully activate your Merkabah. I have mentioned the Merkabah in several meditations. This whole meditation is dedicated to completely activating your aura, moving into your heart and awakening your Merkabah. This is truly a game changer and may be the most important meditation that you do.
If you have been on Earth and did not recently come from somewhere else, your Mer-Ka-Ba has been dormant for 13,000 years. So it has been a very long time since your body has sensed this experience. This breathing practice will reestablish the living Mer-Ka-Ba around your body. The practice functions much like a spinning wheel that has to be spun every so often to keep it spinning. In a Mer-Ka-Ba, however, eventually the repeated spinning begins to take on a life of its own, and at one point in the practice, the spinning will continue indefinitely. But it takes time.
The human being is surrounded by numerous geometric fields of energy that are electromagnetic in nature within this dimension. The Mer-Ka-Ba extends into all possible dimensions, and in each dimension uses the laws of that dimension to manifest. Hundreds of other possibilities exist around the body. the star-tetrahedral field that is the first geometric field off the surface of the body, sometimes referred to as the “opening” to the Mer-Ka-Ba.
“Mer-Ka-Ba” has the same meaning in several languages. In Zulu it is pronounced just like in English. The spiritual leader of the Zulus, Credo Mutwa, says his people arrived here from space on a Mer-Ka-Ba. In Hebrew it is Mer-Ka-Vah, and means both the throne of God and a chariot, a vehicle that carries the human body and spirit from one place to another.
In Egyptian, the word “Mer-Ka-Ba” is actually three words: Mer is a special kind of light, a counterrotating field of light; Ka means spirit, at least here on Earth it has the connotation of the human spirit; and Ba means “the interpretation of the Reality,” which here on Earth usually means the human body.
When you add these words together, my understanding of Mer-Ka-Ba is “a counterrotating field of light that will interact and translate the spirit and the body from one world into another,” though it is really much, much more. It is the creation pattern itself through which all that exists has originated. You know this. It’s nothing really new to you. You just forgot for a moment in time.
You have used the Mer-Ka-Ba a zillion times as your lives have unfolded throughout the creation of space/time/dimension. And you will remember again just as you need it.
This meditation will activate it correctly and change your life.

As a body worker with many different techniques used. I just realized that our CrainoSacral rythm flows within the body just like the Merkaba flows outside the body. Just MUCH slower. HOW COOL

Is there a Meditation you have to remove any blockages that stop you to see ? Something good , effective and fast ? Something to unblock what’s stopping me to see I do meditations but have trouble having any visionary of it and I want to be able to see the visuals haven’t been able to I get stuck 😪🫤during the trance then it all stops

A very important piece in the puzzle to learn about yourself and this universe, is to know that we live on a physical plane, and that space the galaxies etc are made up to hide the reality of this realm.
Then once you know this you can go deeper to why they would lie about this, and that’s because they’re hiding that everything only exists due to consciousness and everything within the realm is consciousness and all one.

I did this meditation for the first time and had to stop at around 1:15:00 into it... it was so much information I felt my mind was spinning... is this normal? I will give it a go another time... I felt like I needed to ground and felt compelled to eat a banana & granola... I really would love to “get” this b/c I’ve been drawn to the merkaba for a long time... Quite some time ago i went to sleep with meditation music at work (i used to work as sleep in career) and in the middle of the night i woke up and realized that I am inside of golden energy ball/sphere which was spinning around me at enormous speed and for quite some time i actually was able to see it.
Because i dod not know what it is i was bit scared/frightened and it took me about 3 minutes to return myself to "normal" me even though i still could feel the energy around me.
I think i know what that golden bright spinning energy sphere around me was.

During this guided meditation with my inner vision i saw different geometric shapes, various colours and spot cloud shapes and all of that sort of were floating in universe/galaxy type of environment.
Got pleasant pulses and vibrations through my body, but i can sense that i want and need to practice this more.

I have been doing this meditation for about 7 weeks now and at first I would agree its very long and would like to see a shorter version of the same yet I love this meditation as a beginner as it explains everything I need to know in detail as I strive to get the breathing right I notice little intirquet steps that help me get better as well as everyday breathing techniques that help my lungs extra, I love the fact that it helps with concentration and focus to. Thank you Brian for your work :)

Doing this meditation with my eyes open in a dark place, I always think somebody walked in and turned on the light on me, then I turned my head to look around and realize the light in the room is still off. Another experience is that if there are plastic bags that are around in the same room they will all starts to skake as if the wind is blowing.
ok this just happened to me! I had just finished the meditation, then laid down to go to sleep (it's the middle of night btw) and seluddenly my bathroom (inside my room) lights up and mind you the lights are off and there is nothing else in my bathroom atm that is capable of producing any light. Especially a light bright enough to illuminate my entire bathroom. So I sat up right away, peeked around the corner, from my bed into the bathroom and after about 10 seconds, the light faded and went out. I'm not gonna lie, it spooked me out! Then I had to make the nervous walk to my bathroom to check out and everything obviously appeared normal. I know I probably sound ridiculous, being the light mainly illuminate my bathroom, it could be seen as unrelated. But I belive it was. Then right as I'm sitting on my bed right now, after all this happened and I'm just kinda wide eyed and in thought over the experience and then I look down at my phone and your comment is the first comment I read... Which for me, felt like conformation. Wow! 🤯

Brain.... I’ve done Merkaba meditations before but this one was extraordinary! I did it twice yesterday and plan on doing it twice every day now... it made me feel so much more than I ever have before. You had said that things will look different after so the strange thing is that when I went into another room in my house before the meditation it looked different and it really caught my attention for about 10 minutes it was so odd and not only that but a lot of really amazing things happened before hand as well. So my thoughts are since time doesn’t exist and everything is happening simultaneously... in the moments I was experiencing in that other room could have been backwards from what I experienced if that makes sense LOL ♥️🦋♥️ anyway your work is amazing. I just wanted to share my experience. Love, light & infinite blessings ♥️🦋♥️

I just did this meditation today for the first time and it's immediately on my favorites list. Will happily be redoing it as many times as needed.
Near the beginning of the meditation where you're telling us to first connect with mother earth and then father sky, it beautifully inducted me in a very emotional way as I related mother earth to my mom (who I call mama and love very much) and father sky to my dad who transitioned (who I call/called papa and also love immensely). So it's a crossover immense love for mama earth and papa sky💕

Thank you for illucidating it's Egyptian reference from which i first got the very first knowledge was from reading about their culture from books by egyptologist back in the 70's. I would recommend you as a very capable teacher.

Dear Brian, I am catching up and a littler behind curve. After listening to to this I share my dream. Has stayed with me all day. I was driving alone in a car through pine forest. I passed cars moving slowly. I then saw a darkening of light and a large hill. Mountains of brown black craggy rocks were on both sides. Very natural and beautiful. I started to loose ability to stay awake and then saw my car was so slow and looked to see I was now only driving at 30 kilometers when I looked. There was only one car I fell behind. I was almost connect to car through my legs to move and they stopped. I tried to move and keep straight on the road. I awake and I was over the edge into these mountains. I straightened as if still in control and was heading towards the end of road. It was only in an instance I had to believe I was one with the mountain. Thank you for all you do!

Years and years ago I took training g by students of Drunvlos. I had forgotten how to used the mudras. Thanks for sharing this. I only met Drunvalo once. His energy was gentle and sweet.
