Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee is one of my all-time favorite Disney songs ever. So to hear it in 8-Bit form is kinda cool. Especially the Pleasure Island section at 2:18.

The ride vehicles are 2 rows unlike Paris’ 3, the silhouettes in the rough house are posed as in Tokyo (as it’s far easier to read than the others), the donkey effect is from Tokyo as I figured it would look better than the mirror hologram from Cali and Paris. Monstro’s eyes are red like Tokyo rather than Blue like the others as I preferred the colour. The mural at the end is from the Cali version. I wanted it to be familiar to everyone regardless of which version they’d ridden, but while I was making it I’d say I was referencing Tokyo 50% Cali 40% and Paris 10%

Thanks! I used some cheap pixel art software called Aseprite and actually made the entire movie with that program, and a lot of reference photos/videos!
Wish I could say it was, but to be honest life has been getting in the way. Also seeing as Mr Toad is only in California and I’m based in Tokyo, it’s likely that I’ll try a ride that I can go and see frequently before tackling that one. It’s my most requested ride though so I definitely do want to do it!
