please share solution on 093-315 i found both white gearwheels on the backside of Magenta cartridge are jammed (DC252)
I replaced the toner cartridge but still its showing same error code

I have the 560 model, I replaced cyan motor but cyan prints appears so weak, I suppose the imaging unit ran out of toner, is there a way to refill de drum?

There is no toner in drum unit, so you can't refill the drum. You need to replace developer powder in Cyan developer housing or even maybe replace the whole developer housing unit, maybe it's something wrong with it.
