Don't think it will make much of a difference this time around except mileage. Better product is Baleno. If Swift price only increased but structural safety and 6 airbags not there then don't think it will be that much good choice. Cost will go up if they provide all that but we should get an option to priortize safety or mileage. If it doesn't scores atleast 4 star crash test rating then such products aren't actually required. If MG can give better build then why not Suzuki. Only mileage isn't a factor anymore otherwise people won't be making Punch as top seller
It’s a complete new generation of Swift, not just the facelift. I’m pretty sure that it will be improved compared to the current one. Anyways we shouldn’t judge a car before it’s launch, let it launch first in India and then let’s make a judgement on its safety
@@motorberg yes in every facelift or generation it has lost weight for mileage. First generation Swift never had mileage with 1300 cc engine if I remember correctly. In India they will give heart-attack platform only and not the Global C platform. I am damn sure. If they give better safety then it's price will go up and that would impact it's sales How many will be willing to shell out 13-14 Lacs here for a hatchback ? I don't think structural ridgidity will be there in Indian version to keep costs down. New generation will mean dashboard etc from Baleno or something. Few mm here and there. Facelifts and generation changes I don't think much about. Platform will remain Hearttech and only passive safety features added. That's it. Let's see with 3 cylinder engine how much more mileage they can extract without Hybrid.
Isme colour konse hai.?
