Moschops vs Pelagornis: Who gets more polymer on island from penguins?

- edit* after playing Ark some more i've realised that 50/50 adults/babies were to high for adults. I would say its about 75% babies/25% adults. So its actually better to use Pelagornis. However bringing a moschops for adults will provide a big boost to how much poly you get in 1 one
To test I spawned in 6 rows of 10 penguins. 1 row is for babies, 1 for juveniles, 1 for adolescents, and 3 rows for adults. 3 rows for adults becuase i feel its about 50/50 with adults and babies/juveniles/adolescents for ASA the Island.
The results are this. For babies/adolescents/adults the Pelagornis is better.
For adults the Moschops is better.
If you had to choose 1 to take with you than the Moschops wins overall. (he got more polymer from harvesting everything than a Pela does from harvesting everything)
Both Dinos were at 600% melee. The moschops only leveled organic polymer to 300%. Its possible to get it higher up to 350% which would make chops even better.
The best thing to do is to take both on you when you are doing a polymer run. And try to harvest adults with moschops and everything else with Pelagornis.
But if you only want to take 1 than Moschops wins.

Im not big on min maxing as I am on convenience and with the changes to cryo I have basically stuck with just using a pelagornis. With the weight reduction on poly, I can fly between icebergs, kill all penguins, and fly back to my TP with thousands of poly to store in snail or craft with. No need to micromanage a moschops, carry it around, attack target, etc. The mechanics in this game and servers are ass most of the time so having to depend on too many variables makes my head hurt.
Yeah on Island Pelagornis is better for polymer anyway. Becuase they introduced the baby system where dinos have a chance to spawn with children, there are alot more baby/adolescents/juvenile penguins then there is in Ark 1
Moschops can harvest penguins twice if you do the secondary attack and immediately follow with a primary attack.
Aint no way this actually increases the output. Like using a lower quality pick because it 2shots the stone instead of 1shot

You are not supposed to ride the Moschops. It wont get its harvesting bonus that you level up separately . It will harvest on its own after you kill if it is close enough to body or you have to whistle attack target on the carcass.
That's not true. If you use C attack on pc it will do an attack where it smashes its face down. You will get an initial amount then a second later the bonus kicks in. For 3x the amount. In controller I think it's L3. Moschops is better than peli only for adults

Is the cap for polymer lvls on moschops 280% or something? I noticed there wasnt the full 88 lvls into it
No I just wanted to keep things fair for them to have same melee. But moschops gets most of its bonus from its polymer gathering skill points anyway.

They can't both be better for adults. You might want to rewrite that for clarity.

Why not just leave all the polymer in their inventories and drop everything else instead of doubling the length of the video running back and forth between chests?
I wanted to show the difference between the diffrent stages of penguins. Could have done the video with better planning but I made the video mostly for my tribe
