Great video! The manual leaves a bit to be desired so this video was very helpful in getting mine set up. My Vac 110 replaced a Vacmaster VP-215 and it's shocking how much quieter the JVR machine is! And the seal is much, much wider than the seal on the VP 215. So far I'm very pleased with my new Vac 110.😎

I'm always impressed in JVR's build quality. There's a lot of intention and thought put into the design particularly maintenance and eventually if needed... repair. Great people over at JVR.
As usual, big fan of the show, you always get straight to the point and demonstrate the products ability without the unnecessary overhype. Love the channel.

@@FireWaterCooking you aren't kidding. And when you drop 800+ on something.. having US side support with access to the techs that design them to ask specific questions as a did a year ago... every check box was ticked...

I am interested in seeing your comparison between this one and the Vac100. It's hard to tell but it looks like it has a slightly smaller footprint than the Vac100. I'm still loving the Vac100!

I'd like to see a JVR100 and JVR110 comparison video... in the sense that where one's abilities trail off and where the other picks up. You talked about mason jars, etc. Real meal sizes for Sous Vide and maybe even a visit back to the retort canning ability for either.
