    My question 1 :
Why the middle bright fringe with the path difference of zero has the maximum intensity ?
    Qu2
why does the intensity for constructive interference vary with path difference?

Generally we can say that as a wave travels further and further away from its source, its intensity decreases. So being in the middle, the path from BOTH sources is optimized to be the shortest! Hence highest intensity bright fringe.
Then as we go to the next bright fringe, both waves would have travelled further path distances, hence of lower intensity.
