Personally, I'm mostly fine with how Pavlov is right now, at least content-wise. I just want the update to come out so more people will play it, with cross compatibility and everything, along with just fixing all the stuff that needs to be fixed of course
Crossplay is really what will save the game. I am genuinely surprised they launched Pavlov on PS5 without crossplay mod support. I wonder how that community is holding up, I’m sure it’s a small but dedicated community much like Pavlov on pc but even smaller. I struggle to understand how they will implement worthwhile cross play with quest. I think currently that’s what is making the update take so long.

@@doctordisco2980 I think it actually might come out on Monday because I checked the betas on steam and it showed a legacy version for update 28 and with steam workshop
migrating to a new engine is a huge feat, they essentially have to rebuild the whole game so it does take a very long time, so adding any new content during that time is kind of pointless because they will just have to redo it in the new engine which explains the content drought from devs. any time a game is in the process of migrating engines u can expect a lack of content except maybe some crucial bug fixes
im stuck on the accept eula screen, my game lags and theres no cursor on screen, i have a built pc with a index, never lagged on this pc until this final boss showed up, (aka the eula agree to terms page)
I am just searching random videos at this point but when I make it play on steam vr it just loads it on Oculus vr it refuses to play pavlov on steam vr but accepts PCVR and if I launch it on steam vr It switched to oculus. Can someone PLEASE help me?
Pavlov shack has had a massive impact on the game. Most people who develop custom maps are on PC while the Pavlov devs are focused on standalone. This means us PC players are left behind while shack gets no custom maps but will remain popular due to the number of quest users. So basically no more custom maps are made because only 100 people will play them
I'm still playing Pavlov (since 2019), love it, but almost there is no servers. I atualized but it worse, 1 or 2 servers. Dave need to actualize it, crossplay with psvr2.
This game has fallen off BIG time. 1. loss of classic zombie gamemode and maps (no not the shity cod style zombies) 2. loss of prison break gamemode (the standard gamemode still found on tf2 and the couter strike games, you know the one where u have to play mini games to be the last one standing or kill all the wardens to win) 3. loss of custom prison gamemode which involed finding parts to craft tools to escape and then bring back guns to help the others escape. 4. TTT gamemode vote kick functionally replaced with karma system (everyone just rdms liek crazy now) 5. introduction of playstation support has brought in an ungodly garabge community, every server full of racists screaming the n word which is fine if they where not also utterly braindead, like pick one braindead or raicst both is just too much. 6. feature creep, WE DONT NEED 1000s of guns it was fine before fix the other shit. the only remaining custom gamemode is TTT and again this is UNPLAYABLE due to lack of vote kick function and a garabge community who wont copperate with each other and just spews racism, seirously iv been playign since 2019 and the community back then was amazing, few toxic players who we would just vote kick out of the game.
i play pavlov long time this game is now garbage. console players can use bugs we cant like going on roofs on the map i play alot stalingrad such garbage bugs and update

I think the biggest problem is the game is extremely expensive, let alone the price of a headset
I also think about that, the quest 2 is 279 canadian dolla and quest 3 is 649 dolla and Pavlov is 33 or 24 dolla

Pavlov will be switching to ue5 rly soon so hopefully it will come back to life!
I play Pavlov Shack on quest 2. It's the only game I play, almost everyday. And it's free!
It will be 25 bucks once it fully realeses since Pavlov Shack is in beta. So make sure you have some cash handy.

I always thought Pavlov was overrated so I never really played it especially since I got onward before I got Pavlov
