@@naviluv age of consent laws are different in Massachusetts which is where he is from. Regardless it’s a bit odd but there’s also Romeo and Juliet laws stating if you are within 4 years of your lover that consent is fine, with a party underage for example an 18 yr old and 14 yr old. Is it creepy? Yes. Is it legal? Yes
@@keylimetea if you want to consider Massachusetts laws, being 14 you are not even the age of legal consent there for the Romeo and Juliet law would not validate that relationship because the 14 year old is not old enough to give and mean consent. I stand by my opinion on Taylor Swift being weird. Whether a relationship being within 4 years is fine he was 18 and she was 23, that's 5 years. None of it was okay and she's still weird.
@@naviluv 18 and 23 isn’t a weird age gap I’m 23 and would still date an 18 year old and I consider myself pretty average for someone my age in terms of the ages I would date.
