What you will be needing
16oz bag medium shells pasta cooked to your liking
1/2 cup red/ purple onion finely choped
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish drained
4 chopped boiled eggs
2 oz jar chopped pimentos drained
3 tablespoons chopped black olives
Dressing
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt I used lawry’s
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons sugar

If you pour that juice over your pasta first and leave it over night, it will absorb that juice and not make your salad watery but will add more flavor.
