Thank you for the shout out on my artwork. I really appreciate it! I hope to have a Roosterfish on my line in Panama next year! Awesome RV!
Heck yeah, I believe that you will! We all LOVED the painting, you are wildly talented! I’ll show it off again in the Panama series. Thank you!!
I love the RV life type stuff. Some of my favorite episodes of yours are when you are chilling and cooking with friends.
Those are the good times! Thanks for the feedback.
Good info video.
I pull a 38 ft cougar 32rli, and it's a bumper pull and there's no reason for a fifth wheel when you use a Hensley hitch.
Yeah the hitches have come a long way
Outdoor kitchen is a must have!
Totally
Living the dream......living MY dream!
Looks like there's room for me and the dog 😏
Whoa whoa whoa heather, slow down on the first date girl! 😏🤣 It’s a fun lifestyle. And I do love dogs...
@@YakFishField 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Sorry....not sorry😬
Congrats on the new home. Really like the channel.
Thanks Shannon!
Trailer looks great! I'm looking at the smaller version, the 22RBS. Have fun and stay safe!
Been super happy with Keystone. Thanks man!
you are living is style man! when I think "living the dream" well, you're doing it right!excellent choice nice upgrade!
Thanks man!
Robert I enjoy your videos so much. Since I have started watching you I have caught more fish then ever before. Your videos are the best on UA-cam. I'm so glad you accomplished your dreams and let me be a small part of that and take these trips with you.
Wow Lance, thanks so much man. I appreciate you following the journey and your support.
Wow, now that is what I call amazing!!!
Good luck to you, you deserve every bit of luck & happiness for having the courage to to live your dream life!!🎣😎🇬🇧
Thanks Cheryl!
Awesome art work and a sweet new home love it .Peace and be safe out there. bro just watchin you trippin in the field is cool wheather your slammin hard ware or pitchin fly's or rained out kickin back sippin beers around the fire it's all GOOD. Peace.
Thanks for the kind words and for supporting the show for so long! Been replying to your comments for years now. Appreciate it, brother. 👊🏼
Looking good. I use an electric fillet knife to cut the bed foams. WORKS GREAT!!
Haha brilliant!!
Field man. I have watched hundreds of rv walkthroughs and also have been hounding you for this vid - this is THE BEST camper walk through I've seen!!!! hands down! thank you so much for taking the time to show us!!! Heading to KEYSTONE!!!!AND YES!!! more RV life! I have two young daughters and a wife that loves to camp and I am upgrading my camper and getting the girls out!!!
Aw thanks Shawn I appreciate that brother. These types of vids are still new to me so I have a lot of doubt when I’m producing them. I’ll keep gettin better but I’m glad you enjoyed it! More to come!!
Robert- missed the graphics but look forward to the new ones, Also looking forward to seeing you in Michigan next year. Maybe you could be the reason I go fishing more next year. Threw flies once and tried some crank bait once. Good thing we had some hot dogs in the fridge. Good luck with the new rig. Jim K. Saginaw MI
I'm making plans for Michigan... fish will be caught! Hopefully sans hot dogs!
Wow, moving up in the world. The Keystone plant is 30 miles from me. My son and daughter in law have worked there. Employees get discounts too. They have a fleet of rigs that ship them out to everywhere. When you drive by it you can see it's a really big place. It's in Round up City, Pendleton Oregon. Also only 35 miles from the Columbia River where all the smallies are. So keep that in mind. What? no washer&dryer. Oh well. If that TV has VGA, plug your computer into it for a real upgrade experience. You won't want to go back.
Cool info! Thanks Lewis
wow! keystone may think to have you promote for them. great presentation. I want one.!
Loving the unit and the brand! Their customer service is top notch.
New sub! Love your content! Wow! Awesome rig and very entertaining Robert. Liven the dream!
Thanks my man and welcome to Field Trips!
So happy for you
Thanks!
Dude I've missed your videos but I gotcha when u pull that rig out...I'm proud of u man...been here since day 1 and happy for u man...North Carolina coast fishing is popping man
I need to fish the NC coast! I’ll make it back that way before long
That 100k plaque should be 1mil. I dont understand how it isnt so. You're the man dude.
Thanks my man
Hello my man love the start of this videos!! I want to go fishing with you so bad!!
Thanks brother! Maybe we can make it happen one day, what state are you in?
I don't think u can go wrong with either fishing or RV vids, been hook on your videos for about a year and a half now and enjoy all of them.
Thanks Javier!!
Awesome tour! You sold a few for them that’s for sure!! 😄👍🏻
Loving my new home!
I can imagine Robert! Just read a piece on you on roadtrippers.com. Inspirational and you’re doing amazing!
Really nice travel trailer and truck !! I like the canoe rack on the truck and you are always on the ready. I took over the family van just to keep it loaded up with my fishing gear because you never know when the rivers will call!!!
Haha so true man! Gotta be prepared!
You know Robert, I have no need for an RV but watching this video makes me want one! Glad you found yourself an even more comfortable home. Keep doing what your doing man! Safe travels and perhaps one day I'll run into you whether it be in the DC area or Panama. Take care.
Haha they're nice to have for extended trips brother! Hope to see you at Los Buzos!
I am really digging the Cougar. Its sweet set up and I like all of that storage . Fun video dude I liked it .
I'm loving it so far man! Heard about your spill brother, glad you're doing alright. Those OneWheels are dangerous... I effed my knee up on one and was limping for like 5 months the one time I tried it.
@@YakFishField hahahahaha yeah I'm just happy to be ok. It woke me up a bit that's for sure. I've never been a guy who backs down from a bit of danger but I've realized that I am no longer in my 20s and I really need to remember that. I'm recovering well and I'm changing the way I do things from now on. However I would like to see more RV videos. I'm looking at buying one AGAIN but I dont want to upgrade my check if I dont have too. It basically be for my girl and I. Do keystone make trailers similar to R PODS?
Upgrade my truck is what I meant.
I used to use an impact driver and socket on my old camper leveling jacks
Yep, I was taught that trick during my travels.
Love seeing a little about RV living. I will be full time RV within 5 years and hope to fish everywhere I travel. So a little bit about full time RV living is helpful. Thanks a ton. Just found your channel and now an avid subscriber.
Thanks so much Alan!
Very nice
Can't understand why you don't have a million subs .love your enthusiasm .
Thanks man! They’ll come
Hey Robert, the new rig looks great! It looks like it solves the storage issue you had with the other unit. As we are newbies to the RV life, I'm interested in the "RV" VLOGS you post. The fishing videos you post are great, too! Take care, my friend! See you on the flip side!
I’ll work on peppering in more RV life stuff!
@@YakFishField Thanks Man! You ROCK!
I took a drink everytime you said "unit".....now I'm hammered! Lol. Nice unit Rob!
Hahaha glad my big ol' unit got you hammered! ;)
Nice house. Thanks for the grand tour. Better is the truck! That's the Duramax engine . About to turn 250k on mine. Headed to Great Lakes? NE Ohio is the best of Steelhead Alley. We have the rivers off Erie where the sterlies run! Can kayak around the mouths and the lower river casting spoons and cranks. And/or wade areas up river with fly or spinning depending on how fish are running, weather, flow etc...fish are staging and entering rivers now and stay until April/may.
Good to know, I hope to make it to Ohio by April!
Let’s get the wrap on it my man🤘🤘
Kinda enjoying being incognito lol
Very cool. Love the setup.
Thanks man! Me too
I have the 2951 Passport.
By Keystone It's almost exactly the same and I love it.
Hey man followed the channel for a bit but late to this video. Anyway sweet rig! I just bought a Keystone Bullet 287QBS for the family and I. Love it so far. More RV content I don’t think would be a bad thing!
Congrats on the new trailer and the new to you truck!! I caught my wife eyeballing one of similar size a few weeks ago but she also knows that with a trailer any bigger than what we have now comes a bigger truck... lol
Haha yeahhhh and these bigger trucks ain’t cheap it turns out 😩
It would be neat to be sitting in a chair camera view just hanging out with you next to a fire being part of it but a camera.LOL
Hahaha
Nice rig!!!! I think more vids about the RV life would be awesome. Also throw in there your cooking experiences with your catches. Love the channel! Keep up the awesome job! 👍❤️👏
Good feedback. I’m on it!
Ultimate man cave!!! GotSome...
Man Cave on Wheels!
Great vid! I wanna see you doing a vid of your travels from city to city what you eat and how you budget and what are the pros and cons of RV-ing. Love the new rig ! Best of luck! Cont success and god bless!
Good feedback, thanks!
I’m here for this! Totally interested.
I live in ohio. Some great lakes events you need to hit is the Maumee river walleye run, steelhead alley, and the Michigan salmon runs. Also lake st Clair for Muskie and smallmouth, and pike at ice out. Dude the great lakes can keep you busy the rest of your life, if be honored to show you around, or recommend a solid guide.
I know a bunch of people up there, I like Michigan. I've fished St Clair, beautiful lake. Still planning my route and everything, any of those a summertime thing?
@@YakFishField more of fall events. The bass fishing is still great in the summer. Summer is my bass and catfish time
@@YakFishField Ohio River mehdhal dam are in August for stripers wipers and blue cats
Love Rving and yak fishing. So yes please more RV life
Done deal!
A breakdown of the electrical and power system including charging and length of time off the grid along with specs on Solar options
You’d have to ask Keystone for that bud. I’m just a simple fisherman.
Robert Field have you run into any limitations you felt a need to address
Thanks this video is awesome im just getting g into selling RV's and you really help me i will be following you.
Thanks so much and good luck with the new business venture
hey Robert field I really like that rack setup you showed it pretty close but if you have time could you demonstrate how it adjust for heightI really like that rack thinking of getting one but the videos are very few and far between
There are basically special allen wrenches that you use to raise or lower it. It's pretty easy, I bet you could find a video on UA-cam or Yakima's website showing how.
Nice overview. That’s a nice rig, and looks like you found a perfect setup for your needs.
Working well for me so far! Lots of rigging and modding still needed to make it “mine” though
@@YakFishField Keystone, for some reason, puts in the little propne tanks. Both fron hatches are small. At least one side should be wide and high enough to get a milk crate size storage box in.
Love that rear storage hatch.
It's looks like you need someone for clean and cook, I can do it just for travel and fishing! 😁
Hahaha I’ll hold out for some cute Latina chick that wants the job 😏😂
Awesome rig bro! Your walk through videos are just as entertaining as your fishing vids, keep um coming 🤙🤙🤙
Glad you enjoyed it Josh
Congrats Robert.... nice upgrades bro.
Remember to hit me up when you come thru Missouri.
My wife will cook you some Panamanian food too !!
Yewwwwww! Sold!! Lookin like second half of March probably. What’s biting then?
More RV life! Beautiful upgrade!
I’m loving it!
Super fine rig! Sooooo, great lakes?! Come check out the bass fishing on Lake Erie in Canada, eh? I'm a Kayak angler in Port Colborne Ontario and get out almost every day in the summer. 3 to 6 pound smallies are plentiful and a ton of fun to fish in a yak... 🐟🎣
No plans for fishing Canada brother, I was banned for life last summer for crossing the border with a 15 round magazine for my pistol that I forgot was in my truck. I hear great things about the fishing up there though!
@@YakFishField , that sucks! Man that must have been an awful experience. 😬 Bass fishing on U.S. side is pretty epic too. Keep doing what you do!
Thanks man!
Congrats on the new coach. Love the videos and yes along with your great fishing some RV video would be nice and Thanks!
Thanks for the feedback Dave!
That new new! All new errrthang
Yewwww!!
You got yourself a cougar
Yeeyee!
Get the Canada thing sorted. Come visit.
I need to man. I’m on it
Robert Field can’t promise lots of fish if you make it out my way but the beer is cold and a jaunt on the river (45 mph in 6” of water) can have its moments😎
Love it way better
Definitely
Cool, I needed a break! no work for the following 30 minutes :), again!
Hahaha mannnn you’re gonna get fired 🤦🏼♂️🤣
Smart move with the Chevy!
Loving it!
Said no truck guy ever lol JK
Bad ass rig man!
Thanks Brandon!
Just WoW!
I love this unit!
@@YakFishField I felt in love too
Hey man those Roosters were just Fans man!
Hahaha
Looks great! Love the shoes in the pantry. Bring it on down to the Suwannee River - Free Parking.
I’ll keep that in mind!
@@YakFishField We found out the 7 foot sturgeon can be caught as long as we release them. Sam is planning a trip up to figure out how to catch them.
Dude the HQ is looking dope good upgrade! And sweet truck too
Thanks man! Got a lot of rigging and modding to make it mine, but stoked with it so far!
Super nice house on wheels man! Awesome!
Thanks bro! When you come to the U.S. I got a bed for ya!
Cool Video
Thanks!
Nice sponsor video!
Thanks
Awesome home Rob !!! Looks like a lot of amazing room and storage :)
Loving it so far brother!
Great Vid as always😊🎣
Love the new rig👍
Been watching your vids since before you bought the toyhauler which inspired us to get a new coleman toyhauler last year and kayaks woohoo
Loving it....hope to fish or maybe camp with ya if ever near north west fl let us know!!! keep up the great vids😎🍻🎣🎣
That's awesome Melanie!! I used to live down in Ft. Myers before I got the toy hauler. I'll be back in Florida before too long... that state stole my heart!
Nice setup and channel! Would love to go do some fishing if your in the Wichita, KS area. I’m growing my channel and I’m just starting my Kayak fishing journey. Excited to get into the sport.
What you fish for there?
Robert Field I fish for mostly large mouth bass. But if you travel 2 to 3 hours in any direction you can find wipers, pike, catfish, walleye, small mouth. In southeast Kansas there is a place called the strip pits I’m hopping to tackle that some day. Actually called
Mined Land Wildlife Area. Look that up and it explains. It’s really cool.
Hell yea, mix in some rv action! Real reason for upgrade: last camper smelled too bad to continue... Really though, sweet setup my man!
Haha thanks Ben!
Love the new rig! I really liked the tour but I don't think we need more whole videos of your rig. I do think fishing and then some catch and cooks on the side grill would be super awesome also some catch and cooks in the kitchen when you use the whole pantry and all the counter space. Just my opinion. Love the truck too even though it's a Chevy 🤣🤣 but you should be getting great fuel milage with highway driving. I also saw some comments asking for you to get the RV wrapped and I concur. I can't wait for more awesome videos.
Yep definitely won’t do a whole video on the rig again, but I’m thinking maybe just little short segments in the fishing vids to update you guys on the progress as I rig/mod/trick this thing out. Thanks for the feedback!
Moving on up!!!
Yessir!
Hey Robert are you gonna come out to Possum Kingdom lake for the Lonestar Throwdown? Should be an awesome time! Bring some lightning kayaks I’d love to check one out if you do!
Never heard of that. When is it? I’m in ft worth so I’m not far
I think a little more rv life stuff would be pretty cool.
Thanks for the feedback!
Nice rig! Congrats on the upgrade.
Thanks brother!
I love these types of videos
Glad to hear it!
Maybe you can suggest a keyfob for the locks to make that easier.?
That’d be a sweet idea!
Your other rig was just over 28' long... this one is just over 34' long. Trailer length has been something I've been wrestling with. Just stayed at Gamble Rogers State Park in Florida. The site advertised they could take a 38' long trailer. My rig is 22'. I fit in the site nicely but couldn't begin to imagine what it would be like trying to back a 38' long trailer into the spot. So you've got a ton of experience. Did you struggle with trailer length at all or do you think 34' is not going to be a problem? /// I had the same complaint about under bed storage. I used 2 1x2s about 18" long and used a wood screw to secure them to the base frame. They work very well to hold the bed up and cost me pennys to build. Nice solution to solve the under bed access issue.
Some state parks have 30’ max. I think you want to go as small as you can get away with. If you don’t need 38’ to fit gear and be comfortable, go smaller. There’s really no golden rule, it’s a very personal decision. I didn’t have enough room for all my stuff in the 28’, so the 34’ has been working great.
Love the new HQ! Que up the good work!
Thanks Antonio!
One of the few remaining universal constants... ruined! #Rightytightyleftyloosey lol great vid as always (Loved the intro) keep'em coming!
Hahaha sorry man had to do it! #leftietightie
2 yrs later are you still in love with your camper?
congtars.. happy for you ! looks great be safe
Thanks man will do
Bro this was so cool! Enjoyed every second! Get that thing wrapped!!
Glad to hear it brother, and I’m on it!!
Insane production value on this one.. loved the broll/ overlays... so much work but worth it for sure
Thanks Marius!
awesome new RV there Robert!! looks super sweet!!!
It’s been great!
Rig looks super awesome! Do you have solar panels for off the grid power? If yes, please take us through your system?
I don’t. I did have a 480-watt Zamp Solar Kit on my last rig. Not sure if I’ll go solar with this one or not, but I did a video showing the install on my old one. Probably back in February 2018 if you go back on my channel.
@@YakFishField I did see that one and it was great! I was curious whether you had done an upgrade or not. Thanks so much for replying and thanks so much for all your hard work that you put into your channel! It's really one of my absolute favourites!
Another great RV video!
Question, why not go with a bigger toy hauler?
I considered it, but you give up a lot of living space with those. I almost got a 5th wheel toy hauler, but didn’t want to give up my truck bed. There are pros and cons to every option, and in the end I just decided that having my kayaks in my living room wasn’t the most convenient way to go.
Robert Field
I sent the email to you at the beginning of the video..as I watched it, it became clear how well that unit works for you. That thing is sweet.
I have to say, you make a great video also. All the best!
Idolo!
👍😎 Nice rig!
Thanks!
Hola Robert, muy buena adquisición. Una pregunta, hay alguna forma de meter y guardar los kayaks adentro de tu nuevo Trailer, así como lo hacías con el anterior? |||| Hello Robert, very good acquisition. A question, is there a way to put and save the kayaks inside your new Trailer, just like you did with the old one?
Creo que no amigo. Puede ser con kayaks mas pequeñas. Dies pies o menos
@@YakFishField gracias por la aclaración Robert. Buen Canal!
Sweet !
I need to know about the water pump, I having water fill my fresh water tank and a little in main water line. Got some ideas about this or pictures of connections .
It's on the camper you were showing 2023 cougar 29BHS. Can you help.
🐓🐓🐓🤣
Pretty sweet rig!
Haha I’m lovin’ it!
Upgrade!
Yeeyee!
Nice Home 😁
Thanks!
Looks great love it congrats
Loving it so far!
Nice pad Robert. Oh and you no longer have a gas tank lol. It's a diesel or fuel tank Haha. So does that rack fit all trucks or are they made separately for each brand. I am in the market for one myself for the same reason for when I pull my camper. Be safe and great review bud.
Haha good call. When you go to Yakima’s website you input your truck model and they’ll point you in the right direction
Nice rig 👍
Thanks Collie!
