I believe the Boronia station upgrade will involve the demolition of the 2 shops opposite the Boronia Arcade that you can see at the 7:10 mark - the Lipari Pizza place and the J-Mart Japanese / Korean supermarket, to create the landscaped plaza from the station to Dorset Road. They are also moving the pedestrian crossing on Dorset Road to align with this plaza, so that could lead to Boronia Arcade getting upgraded to provide a nicer walk-through to the Dorset Square shopping precinct, including the Boronia Mall.
Nice video so far!😊
Looks similar to the shopping centres at Bayswater and Springvale. Nice.
Cool. Similar to the "Mornington village" mall.

Great video! You should do Northcote plaza as well, it's the only other shopping centre with sight n sound!
I actually visited there… and bought a spoiled big M!
I’ll probably visit there again and make a video walkthrough of it.
@@hazptmediaPlease do, Northcote central right next to it also has liminal vibes!
Grew up using this shopping centre in the 80s doesnt look like anything has changed since then
It’s definitely a time capsule.
Trying to guess when you shot this. No Christmas decorations in fact very few shoppers. Wintery looking skies. Was it during Covid ?
