Linguine with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil from the garden. Quick and easy dinner for a weeknight. Sauté the garlic and shallots. I used one very large beef steak, tomato, and a small one which was plenty to make the sauce. I let it simmer for 10 minutes, put it aside and added Salt and basil from the garden. Cooked my linguine, al dente, and mixed it in with the tomatoes. Bon appétit. Oh don’t forget to put some cheese. Enjoy!
