Welcome back to Mary Luisa's Kitchen
Canada
Приєднався 26 лип 2012
During this Covid-19 / Pandemic I had to learn ways to keep myself sane, because I am such a social butterfly. hahaha. So I decided that I would start my own little cooking show, while in my kitchen cooking for my family.
I also included some videos of my DIY projects.
I am not a professional baker, chef or diy'er I'm just a woman keeping busy so to stay positive. In todays world it is very easy to get in that negative place and just lose yourself. I have been there and I don't want to go back. I like to do things that make me smile and have a good laugh. I hope you leave here with a big smile.

European wieners with beets and vegetables
Boil the wieners with the frozen vegetables, add salt.
In a separate bowl, cut the pre-cooked beets and onions .
Drain the wieners and frozen vegetables and add to your bowl with the beets and onions. Stir in a touch of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. If you would like you can also add some mayonnaise. Mix it all up and enjoy!

BEST DAMN OVEN BAKED CHICKEN QUARTERS Best Chicken Leg Quarters in the Oven INGREDIENTS One of the things I absolutely love about this recipe is that it’s simple and uses a mix of herbs and spices that you likely already have in your pantry and spice rack. What happened to your whipping cream? Why did you whip it for ?you didn’t even use it😂😂😂
@@DollyBakes60 i used the whipping cream, after I combined the ricotta with the icing sugar and vanilla I put the whipping cream in. If you stop the video at around 6.30 minutes you will see me combining everything together. That’s what makes it so much better. 😉

If you need a tiktok video to teach you how to cut a watermelon then you must have failed the third grade.
She literally said it’s a Tik Tok hack, as in an easier way to cut a watermelon….. pretty sure 100% she knows how to cut a watermelon. It wouldn’t kill you to be kind. Have a nice day Kevin.
Dear Kevin..why are you here..if you don't have anything nice to say..just move on..geeze
@@kims.7829Exactly💯
I cut the melon in half. Stand one half cut side down. Cut of tip top. Then slice off rind all the way around starting at top and going to bottom. Slice in slices then cubes. Wala!!
For those who feel the need to judge and criticize, If you can't be kind, why not be silent?
KEYBOARD COWBOYS GIDDY UP 🤠🤠🤠
Great job by not really a hack. LOL This is harder than the way I cut mine.
He knows what he’s doing. Geesh - stop interrupting him.
She needs not to talk. You are doing the cutting. Not her.
😂😂😂I felt the need to talk because it’s my channel 😂😂😂
You don't want her to talk, go to another channel 😒
Can I do sweet potato same way?
Why not !! Sweet potato takes about 45 to 60 minutes in the oven, just like the chicken. 😊
Where the pepper??
@@wandasopchak6453 hey there, I didn’t add any but the original recipe asks for pepper. It’s all what you prefer.
This looks fab!! I love roasted cauliflower and broccoli too. I'm a big fan....YUM!!

Amazing, great job Fernando. Love the video. Love the chuckles and commentary. Mary you now have competition lol 😆 ❤️
Oh big competition 😊 we might have to do a standoff in the kitchen?!?!
No way...Fernando's kitchen? I love it! Great job Fernando looks delish 😋
This is what happens when you are a sous chef for a long time 😂
How much chili powder
I would say 1 tablespoon but it all depends on your taste. Fernando used 1 tablespoon plus I noticed he also put in a pouch of chili mix
Alexa was being a brat
She’s probably thinking what the heck is Fernando up too, this isn’t his kitchen 😂
Is this your first voice over? 😃 Love this easy dinner 👌
Yes 🙌 😝. I wanted to try something different. Oh and the dinner was amazing, I guarantee your family will love it, mine did !
Thanks for your video. When I've made it that way (e.g. high heat, letting it boil all the way until there's no water left in the lower half) it's been as bitter as sin. For whatever reason I've had to fill the bottom with hot (not boiling) water and use a much lower burner temp and the second it starts to sputter I have to take it off the heat and then run cold tap water on the bottom for a few seconds to stop the process. Even then it's not as smooth as espresso from a pressurized machine, but I guess that's to be expected.
Espresso is life ☕️🙌
Looks delicious! 🤤
Thank you 🙏💐
Mary that looks delicious.🐇
Thank you 🙏 Brenda. Hope you enjoyed your Easter 🐣
Thank you for the recipe, they look wonderful
Never heard of this cake. What region in 🇮🇹 Italy is this fromBuona Pasqua
This Pigna di Pasqua is a typical Easter dessert widespread in various regions of Italy, especially in the Center-South, and in the campangia regions. Pigna di Pasqua means Easter pinecone in English. My parents were from Limosano a very small town in Molise.
