Hi Chris. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the family. Thanks for the walking tour of the food hall. That is a very big food hall with many delicious places to grab some Mexican food. I love how the market is incorporated within the food hall. You can pick up some wonderful Mexican food and prepare them at home. I'm glad that the tacos and torta was worth the 45 minute wait. That's my kind of place! I really like all the different options they offer there from the tacos to the fresh churros. It definitely looked quite busy in there! I would for sure have to plan to be there for a little while to get the full experience.

This is their new food hall concept, not just a typical Northgate “bruh”. How many Northgate’s have El Moro churros? Usually have to go to Mexico City for that.

Why didn't you give addresses for the Mexican and Asian markets? How hard woukd that have been? . Your location on the Asian market was not specific enough.
Hot chocolate and Sushi is a bold move.. Also you can tell all the Mexicans here are questioning the pricea 😂.. Real ones go to the hood and get all that half price..

You seem to be a big Japanophile who is in touch with their culture and I was told it is kind of a no-no to eat sushi with chopsticks in Japan. I do it too, but I am a Luddite when it comes to Japanese cuisine and culture and I never was to Japan nor even talked to a Japanese person, now that I think of it.
I think even in Japan most people will eat Sushi with chopsticks... perhaps at the high end restaurants they'll pick it up with their hand so it doesn't fall apart..but I wouldn't consider it a complete no no
