    Her Group,
Sorry for the lapse in videos, the flu made an appearance and shut us down for a time. More trapping videos to come... there are so many videos with bad information showing traps of this kind incorrectly made. Like, throw a few comments, share this and hopefully it will put a dent in the misinformation that seems to be everywhere. Take care group. More to come!
    Until Next Time,
    Bob Hansler

Alright, watched it. As you've probably seen now, he has several things wrong with the Paiute... he's clueless there. The figure 4 is how I make mine, the trigger held tight against the fulcrum life an arrow strung upon a bow. It is a usable design, but given larger rock... and going against anyone for building and setup I'd blow everyone away with the Paiute. Send that guy my video... he needs this if he is to go back out there.

Outstanding video! I was watching "Alone" during my COVID-19 "Me" time, but they never showed how it was made with enough detail to learn. Thanks to your very in depth tutorial, I am ready to catch some rabbits! Thanks... my sons and I will be watching for new videos.

We binged the heck out of “Alone” during Covid too! 😂🥂 It’s our FAVORITE show ever now and are going to spend the day trying to learn to make these traps because we just watched the latest episode of the new season last night and we are obsessed 😂

THIS is the most simple of all videos I've seen on this subject, no precise notching of parts etc. , TWO thumbs up !
My first thought, seeing your dog sleeping beside you was that you were showing a large animal killed by your trap !

Glad it is being received well. The crazy inefficient ways that I've seen people attempt this trap are perplexing. This needs to be better understood. Share if you can.

Hi there my friend! Now, I grew up hunting, fishing, hiking, mushrooming and some foraging...however! After finding your channel, I have been able to easily double my know-how. You explain things in a manner that anyone can follow and a pace that has an ease of learning to it. I'm mostly a watch and just thumbs up type of dude, but this exception had to be made! So, thank you so very much my man. From myself, and the friends and family I've passed on what I've learned from yourself. Good luck and prayers toward your recent troubles, so very glad to hear of the successful surgery.

Great video! One thing you didn’t mention. Make sure your vertical support “fork” stick is not under the rock at set-up. Otherwise, there is a chance that when it’s triggered, the rock will fall on top of the stick and not come straight down.

Awesome! First time i have seen a dead fall demonstrated without alot of L-7 notches. This method useing cordage seems to be much simpler and faster and looks to be just as effective and efficient. Also i had asked in an earlier video comment to elaborate a little on your survival bracelet. The fact that you have fishing supplies within the bracelet interests me. Now I have two projects for today. Thank you for sharing! You are appreciated!

Thank you for turning to me towards Titan Survival. On your last video I bought some. I'm now working on developing a knife using it and some other useful items. I was wondering if you'd like to have an early one. It'll be a while before I start selling them, I like to use my knife ideas and make the shape perfect for the application before I sell them.

Great information Bob, thanks for sharing. While watching this video I could just see my digits ouzzing blood. Not from the trap but I dropped the safety stone on my toe, and then I would jump back dragging my hand over the deadfall stone and scratching my hand awfully bad and my open wound atracked wolves which had me treed and wouldn't leave. I am the LAST person you would want to have along in a Primitive Survival situation. Did I mention I scare easily?
    God Bless my friends.

super impressed with all the tips and explanations of how to get it to work. Just my observation with no no experience at all, it might be better to have the bacon hanging from it so the animal starts pulling on it and it is more visible (but smell is probably more of determining factor in getting "them to bite"). Also, increasing and decreasing the length of toggle and the placement of the toggle would change the sensitivity of the trigger
