Stellar rig man, inspiring for relative noobs like me. I like the unpainted GT1, mainly because I can see where all the supports are and understand how everything fits together. Thanks for taking an extra minute to highlight the wire management, nice finishing touch! -E
You're the man Emery! Thank you.
Gotta say, love the purple seat, so unusual!
acquiring all the parts for my rig now with a bunch of parallels to yours. SC2 Pro, Simtrecs and even the same NRG Prisma in the best color...purple. nice set up Sir.
sick rig dude love the color and the over all look its just really nice.
Very nice setup! And appreciate the links to some gear I wasn't familiar with.
Very clean setup, love it 💪
Makes my GT1 evo look pedestrian. Awesome setup
in BRAZIL THIS COST 2 HEALTHY KIDNEYS
Lol
But are the kidneys worthless in Brazil or the Evo expensive?
@@Bambeakz BOTH
I'm more surprised that the sim-racing vendors accept kidneys as payment!

Bad ass rig . Great work !🤘🏼🏁
Excellent choices
Hot damn this is a high end dream rig
Super cool rig
Super nice!
Hey man very nice rig 👌🏼
Well done Sir,..thank you
You could do triples now. My triples could pretty much fit in the same area you have your rig in. The center monitor isn’t as wide as your ultra wide and the sides are angled
Very nice updates since the video a year before. 👍
Is the taped fixed usb dongle under the simucube your bluetooth dongle you use with the cube controls wheel? If yes can you say what the name is? Because i have a cube controls core and have a lot of miss shifts and things like that with my actual bluetooth dongle. 🤔
Yup its anASUS Bt500 i believe.
@@Theoloop thanks 😉
Are the px1 parts universal I have a gt dd coming and want to make sure it will handle it also that seat is sick! I’m in the states where is a good place to grab a seat? Thanks!
Eu zic sa il dai putin la stanga , la un cutremur mai mare , se cam infige monitorul in perete . Poate crapa foarte repede. Ai destul loc , il poti muta chiar 10 -15 cm.
wow!
I’d love to know how you have the sound bar connected. I have the same one for a tv, and thinking of buying another just for the rig.
Just via AUX
the seat is so nice what seat is that?
Amazing setup! How did you made the pedals plate?
you mentioned a p1-x pedal tray at the beginning of the video, would you mind sharing where you got that from, as i can't seem to find it on simlab's website, or anywhere i've looked, for that matter. awesome rig, by the way!

@@Theoloop oh wow thank you, must be blind haha
Love the rig! Dumb question I know but any chance you have an Amazon link or name of that fan? 😅
No problem! Just got it recently and love this thing. Good rig fan. a.co/d/96g2tb3
Great rig man! How do you have your Streamdeck mounted? Looking for a good mount for mine.
how is the sim vertex shifter ?
hey love your setup. I'm thinking getting this as my first profile rig. So i see instead of a wheel plate you are using two peices of profile. How did you do that ? where did you get profile from ?
Amazing setup!! I just ordered my GT1 Evo rig and Speed1 seat from Simplace. I have a question how tall are the wheelbase uprights in inches and mm? And how tall are you? I’m close to 6’2”.
They have full measurements on their site. Im pretty short so I wouldn't be of help there. P1x has taller uprights and is a bit longer I think.
@@Theoloop oh okay thanks
How do you like the simvertex shifter? I'm completely on the fence about it as most reviews keep pointing out weird issues and I'm not sure I can justify $1000 for any issues...
I should be around 600 bucks. I haven't had any issues with it. It's solid.
What fan is that?
I really dig this setup its sleek, simple, but with style. Im dealing with little space for where I can have a sim setup and am curious, what are the measurements of the total footprint of your setup along with the width the whole thing takes with the 49" ultrawide?
Wall to the headrest is 65", monitor is the widest part at 47.5", actual rig width is about 30" and a little less without the feet. If you're tight in space I'd go with a 34" monitor and that'll keep it way more compact and still be a nice screen
@@Theoloop I appreciate the measurements and tips man. Are you thinking a regular 34" monitor or an ultrawide?
@@ivanafeelcool9143 I'd go UW. You don't really need the vertical screen space.
Brasoveneeeeee a iesit belea
are you using extender hub for steering wheel..?
Yeah. Sim racing bay one
I really like the looks of those pedals. How do they compare to the JBVs as far as damper goes? I still have my JBVs, they still don’t work (clutch doesn’t always register and throttle sticks) and I still can’t get them fixed. Wasted $1600
Ah that's really unfortunate man. The sensors in those are trash. You're in contact with the new company owners? The Simtrecs are really good. I like them better in every way. The cltuch doesn't have as much of a pressure plate feel as the JBV's did but that doesn't really matter at the end of the day. They're super stout and well made.
Is there anyway to adjust the monitor further back?
Yeah the monitor stand has that adjustment
Tell us more about the Simvertex, how's it been holding up in the year since you got it? Anything break or any gripes about it?
Been going strong with no issues. I have a separate video on it as well.
@@Theoloop how often do you have to re-grease it since the first time (if at all)?
@@_batt done it once more since then. It’ll depend on use though.
Hey Theo, where did you get those corner brackets connecting your wheel uprights? Are they noticeably stronger? Just added a Heusinkveld V2 handbrake it's torquing mine when I pull on it. Thanks!
Just amazon. They're WAY better than the stock ones. Stopped all upright flex
80/20 Inc, 40-4336, 40 Series 4 Hole Tall Inside Corner Gusset Bracket a.co/d/gX4PNtH
@@Theoloop Thanks man! How many come with one order? Just one? It doesn't clearly say.
@@sween92 yeah just one each.
@@Theoloop received the brackets today. The simlab bolts are too large to fit two on the inside of the new brackets. Did you use other hardware?
where did you get the fan?? need to get one for when i race
Vornado clip fan off amazon. It's great
@@Theoloop thanks
Is the GT1 strong enough for your wheel base? Notice any movement (pedal tray and wheel base)?
It's solid.
How are the vibrations on the monitor since its mounted to the rig ?
Pretty minimal. I wouldn't mount triples likes this though.
are you using samsung g9 49 inch monitor?
Old version crg9.
some rig
How do you upgrade to p1x pedal tray?
It bolts in. Gt1 evo is the same interior width.
@@Theoloop but simlab does't sell it anymore

hey do you mind showing or telling us how you mounted the hrs mount to the rig?
