    Sam did you ever do testing compulsions with POCD? Like deliberately thinking a horrible thing in order to test your reaction to it - see if you get aroused, see if you’re disgusted enough, etc

    OCD is a debilitating condition. Characterized by repetitive intrusive thoughts, obsessions and compulsions. This is a serious mental illness. But symptoms can be kept under control in most cases.

      One can recover from ocd - it doesn’t just have to be symptom management.

      Some people claim to have recovered, like Sam. This condition is said to be reversible. Like any mental disorder, it is still not fully understood

    Ocd is hell and of course if we do have things in the past that we regret then if we go through a depression we can fixate on those regrets and then once our self esteem is low we can develop ocd too or ocd can get worse
