Hot Foiled Cards using the New Glimmering Flowers Collection from Spellbinders

- In todays video, I'm creating Hot Foiled Cards using the New Glimmering Flowers Collection from Spellbinders. I love how easy these foiled images are to colour thanks to the coordinating layer stencils. I'm using a combination of distress ink pads as well as som Cloud 9 interference inks which adds the beautiful mica shimmer to different areas of the image. These images are larger and perfect for 5" x 7" cards, but as you can see they also work well for standard A2 cards as well.

I love all of your cards. I have the worst luck with Aura hot foil, I never get great foiling and I’ve tried shims, heating the plate longer, etc. You’ve inspired me to try that hot foil again
Thank you! 🥰 That’s too bad that it’s given you a hard time. I wonder if is just a bad roll or something. I’ve never had any issues using it and use it exactly the same as my other foil colours.
I never thought about a bad roll. I’ll have to buy another and see what happens. It’s my favorite.
