one thing that will drive price up is when people know they dont have to sell their BTC but can instead borrow against it, or actually buy a car or other large purchase directly instead of selling on an exchange for fiat for the same purchases

Stay away from trading. It takes years of training and work to trade successfully and consistently. There's plenty of up sized potential in holding BTC. Don't gamble your bitcoin stack in an attempt to 'catch up.'

when you think about adoption you have to keep in mind 99% of the world population does not own BTC.... I have no idea how long it will take to become ubiquitous....but it wont be in a few years... even if it happens "fast" that could be decades like Stephan says
It's just a ponzi scheme...Warren Buffett said if people knew who's behind bitcoin, they would sell it all. The price makes no sense. Wall street owns it, and some people got lucky riding the waves.
I’m building a house as we speak, will use some Satoshi for the down payment and all my change orders overage , which came up to 6 Bitcoins at the current price of 95k, but I’m happy with that, my wife and I have been saving for the last 10 years for our dream house. We’re good, still have some bitcoins left over. But every penny is going back into Bitcoin. 90% of all my earrings in fiat🎉
Thank you for your comment. Well, you have to find what's "right" for you of course. Having said that, so far owning Bitcoin turned out way more profitable than any real estate, which by the way you don't own in the end 😉
