This is the guitar I have. Had it for 5 years but never quite truly gotten into playing/learning until recently because now I don't have to worry about pissing neighbours off. Here in UK our houses on council estates are built pretty much on top of each other and with very thin walls. So I finally got some headphones for practicing lol. Looks like this guitar is more than good enough for a beginner. I bought it for £100 at the time. Now they sell for £300 used so looks like I got a bargain.
Yeah.. those are cool, but the "Real" gothic versions are even cooler i think, i used to have a Epiphone Les Paul Gothic with a Floyd Rose on it.. those are super rare these days. But i have an Epiphone Explorer Gothic from 2006 i think it is, really good guitar.

I wanted the Les Paul version Goth. Got a special instead . Quite similar to the goth one. I love my Epiphones.

These cheapish bolt-on neck Epis seem to have a good batting average. One can buy a used one and be reasonably sure it will play well.
