Yeah i sat here for ages doing this one, a few hours i think for sure. I don't know why they block the quest by having this here, probably as its annoying. There are a few strategies you can do for solving it, like do the top left corner, then the next top left until you have a 3x3 to solve, but still takes ages! You can do it! :)

I wish I was better at this puzzle. Just as I'm getting close ,my pc shuts down.
Then I start over. Hope i will get it done by xmas.😂

Thanks for the tip. Also when I turn the change to when talking to Rapor.the change when it is on it then turns the tile to all white. Yikes tyvm
