Love to see the collab between two of my favorite UA-camrs. I have exchanged several emails with Davide and have been impressed by his passion and knowledge. Between the two of you, I am brewing up big plans for the future. I love seeing people building relationships, working together, and encouraging each other's success. I think it speaks to both of your characters. Keep up the awesome work!
Hi Lisa, thank you for your support! I feel that the main element that we have in common is transparency and professionalism. Such an important element when you’re dealing with people remotely and potentially you’re the catalyst in fulfilling a dream 🙏
I really enjoyed the video and the town's amazing history as always. I'm torn between the Salento climate's and the rolling hills of Tuscany when it comes to Italy. Living in Oz I have the Salento climate and I'm very spoilt but my dream has always been to retire in Tuscany. Those chestnut beams and stone houses with terracotta floors are deep rooted within me.
Tuscany is a worthy goal! There are areas a lot like and near Tuscany that are a bit less well known as well. You'll make a great choice, I'm sure of it!
Wow, so much fantastic architecture that would make for great projects. I’d have to guess that Davide has a grasp of the potential demand for completed projects so it’d make financial sense to invest. Intriguing stuff there! Thanks for the video. 👍🏻
Davide has been investing there for over a decade, I expect he knows a lot about the area. It would be interesting to see things from his perspective. Glad you enjoyed it!
Lovely video . Interesting and informative. Help Growing my Inspiration to be there! 😊 But Everything is really Classy, Royal and Materialistic. I don't know how to explain...I would really love to be there for the feel of the place and people, but don't wish to buy a house or room bigger than the purpose of just staying. 🙄 I'll keep following until.. 💕
You will Still have to deal with the inefficiency of Italian public system. You will Still have to deal with lack of technologies and tools, everything is built to complicate your life, they should talk about the cons a bit more and not deceive foreign investors, he is probably the only one speaking English down there too, cool architectures and the sea, but nothing else really.
coronavirus hitted the property market, over cyprus things are desperate if you ckeck at the prices per sq meter you'll be shocked, even renting a normal 20year old two bed house is like renting in mykonos :D
Quite the opposite here in Puglia. So many people are relocating due to the smart working phenomenon. Having two important airport helps (Bari & Brindisi).
wherever you look Salento has a story ,it just keeps giving what a place.

That chrome lamp is a modernist classic. *chef kiss*
First commercial drilling wells were in Baku area, couple of years later in Poland and than in US.

Happy to! Thanks Anna!

It really is. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Daniel!
Thank you very much for sharing, the key for me is to be patience because of the COVID-19 and also the posibility.
Yes. Covid is definitely prolonging results. But it's perfect for researching and planning out the future. Thanks for watching!

I understand. These properties i have been sharing recently are quite special but people live happily in more basic homes. Thanks for watching Popy.
Does Davide need an interior decorator or stager by chance?
This town is clean and pretty.
This guy is like an Italian scholar.
I am purchasing a home in Sambuca as we speak, after that transaction is done I want to visit this town and perhaps buy a property there.
Let me know how your purchase goes!

I will have to check it out. I haven't ever really searched that area, so i wouldn't notice a difference unless i saw historical prices.
