I built model planes - I was a very lucky kid!
Ich habe in einem Laden gearbeitet, in dem man englische, irische und schottische Produkte kaufen konnte, z.B. irische Wollpullover, die zum Teil richtig nach Schaf gerochen haben...was ich nicht schlimm fand. Es gab auch sehr gut duftende handgemachte irische Seife aus ganz natürlichen Zutaten, und natürlich Whisky uvm. Leider existiert der Laden nicht mehr.

My first job was in high school as a dishwasher at a restaurant. I hated it and quit after a week lol. That job made me always appreciate people working in food service though ❤️

I'm a new subscriber of this gentle, slient and kindness channel. End of the last year, I decided to quit my job because I needed to get a proper rest and quiet time for myself. Since my mom left this beautiful world, my life has gotten very tough and chaotic. So from time to time, I have to put me in a safe zone watching or listening to peaceful things. But it was hard to find out something that I could really relate to. It was almost one of those days today. Then, in the mean time, one of your videos was coming upon me and I eventually thought this was exactly what I've been seeking. I already watched almost everything of your videos. I just happened upon your wonderful channel this morning as I have been having some health issues, and I was immediately drawn to your peaceful approach to the beginning of another day. I, too, love early mornings, at peace with the lovely nature around me. I often sit on our front porch weather permitting and sip my morning coffee and enjoy the early morning sounds of nature! I hope this is not too personal, but I notice you say “we” and just wondering if you share your zen like space with a loved one? I will continue to share with your early mornings, as they bring me to a more relaxed state of mind, which is so needed at this time in my country, the USA.

Leuk filmpje weer, Saskia. Mijn eerste baantje, was in een slagerij. Dat is al meer dan 50 jaar geleden. Dat was wel handig, want met Sinterklaas had ik een super enge surprise voor mijn neef. Namelijk een karkas van een koeienkop! Ik zie nog zijn gezicht voor me,toen hij de surprise open maakte! Echt lachen 😜

A lovely, relaxing one again, thank you Saksia))I am happy you will adopt a cat I promise you will love it, I took care of a kitty when my sister and her husband in Turkey bought here in Kyrgyzstan to take care of her when she was still a kitten, I had fallen in love with her so much. I miss her a lot she now lives in Turkey. I ate too much of Dutch syrup waffles, my friend and her husband always bring them when they visit here and we have similar waffles here too. My first job was a French tutor teaching school kids to learn la langue française. It was a decent paid job so I could dabble into fashion and buy amazing couture in my teenage years. The 🍕 looked delicious and sure it tasted as good.

I also worked in a greenhouse for my first job! I worked with flowering annuals though, like geraniums and petunias. I am 41 now, and have had many other jobs, but in my 30’s I found my way back to the greenhouse. The money I made was not very much, but I was so happy working there. The smell when you walk in in the morning can’t be beat! Thank you for the lovely video ❤ subscribed!

Stroopwafels ken ik heel zeker ik woon aan de grens met België Nederland kort bij het mooie stadje Weert en breng ze regelmatig mee naar huis maar soms laat ik ze ook liggen omdat ze veel te lekker zijn en.......🤪 die boekenkastjes hebben we hier ook maar er staan dikwijls heel oude boeken in af en toe vind ik er wel eens een mooi boek in dat ik dan weer niet graag terug zet je pizza zag er overheerlijk uit het uit België good night 😘
