Naomi, if you want the blue out of your hair, only use bleach powder and water as a paste, WITHOUT the developer!! It wont process or bleach your hair. But it lifts the blue tones out of the hair 🥰✌️ my sister who is a hairdresser did this on my hair several times 💙
