I feel sorry for the life of Saint Gemma Galgani, but I admire her life, I venerate and ask her patronage over me, especially regarding my mental emotional and physical health. From what I understand she suffered a lot during her life and maybe dealt with mental health or at least discrimination/bias regarding mental health, and for those things I hope she understands and blesses me.
Keep your faith strong and I genuinely hope that you find some peace, I understand you.
Keeping the most subtle of our faith free of political satire, and the tumult of representatives greedy to expose each cherished feeling of them to a baiting public arena is as precious as anything we will ever have the opportunity to know. The truth of faith is spirit, and only a few find themselves susceptible to it, perhaps even influenced physically by it. It is these touched we must never allow to be influenced by mean mob rule. We love Catholicism for this upkeep of protection.
