Like @iamdihan mentioned port forwarding takes place on your router. I just showed an example of my set up.

this works great! It would have taken forever to work this out.
Did it with old Docker
pu the yaml file /docker/codeserver
Navigate to the directory: cd /volume1/docker/codeserver
Run: docker-compose up -d
