I am waiting until next summer. My plan was for this August... and I'm close to being ready, but I want my son to come along and be my coach... and he can't with his new job and all. I'll be more than ready next summer wherever it is. I am in the 60-64 Age Group.

I am 16 and I am going to senior champs in 2 weeks and I am also going to junior Olimpics at the end of the month also you had crazy fast times for the 100 back and 50 back
Summer championships = summer jrs?!
@@Jake48731 No summer senior championships is the weekend before the junior Olympics, the junior Olympics is also called AAU

Hey, fellow swimmer here. At what age did you start taking protein powder? I’m considering it but was wondering if it was appropriate at this time.
I think Protein powder could be beneficial for all young athletes in heathy doses.
I’d say I started intentionally supplementing protein with bars, etc. was in Middle School but didn’t start using powder until High School / College
Do you take any other supplements, like pre workouts, before swimming? And how about before a race?
