I would like to thank you sir from bottom of my heart. Just coz of ur guidelines I've passed this exam with 95%. Ur the reason behind it. I wish u will read my comments. I've followed ur instructions as it is. Bundle of gratitude sending sir 🌹🙏.
I'm commenting back here to thank you, sir. I've passed the PSM1 last April 15, and I want to thank you for this video, as I always watch it during studying for the exam. I thought I'm going to fail, but I passed. Thank you! I hope more people who's studying the PSM would land on this video so they could find a golden piece of information to successfully pass the exam. Much thanks again!
Couple of corrections if i may : - Product backlog refinement - is not an event in itself and can be done any time by PO. Its a continuous process which can happen anytime. - PO can involve no more than 10% of the dev team for this. (10% capacity, not effort/time) - Increment is not an artifact that is created separately. Increment becomes apparent by the updates done to product backlog. Its the total work "done" in the latest sprint. Summation(total work done in sprint n) - Summation(total work done till sprint n-1) Having said that, this is a great summation video. i would definitely listen to it to review my concepts during me last round of revising before the exams. Thank you.
1) Product backlog refinement to be decided by Scrum team. Its not sole responsibility or decision by PO. Right? 2) Refinement usually consume no more than 10% of the capacity of the Development Team. If its 10% of dev. team then it will be always single member right as scrum allows max. 9 members in development team? 3) Increment can be single page artifact which has list of PBI "Done" in respective sprint ??? OR it to be always referred in Product Backlog???
@@rupeshbangar 1) Product backlog refinement to be decided by Scrum team. Its not sole responsibility or decision by PO. Right? Ans: Not scrum team but PO and Developers, Scrum master is not needed.
Very clear explanation and I would recommend your tutorial to my colleagues as well. Thanks a lot guiding me and it has definitely nurtured me. Good day to you, Ajeet!

Hi Ajeet . Heartfelt thanks to you . I was able to clear the psm1 exam today . Your guidance was amazing . I did just what you told . Key is to understand the scrum guides inner meaning and apply it . Hats off to your single 12 minute video to nail everything .
I followed this approach and successfully passed PSM I certification last Friday. I just repeatedly undertook M Lapshin's learning and real mode exams and also attempted Scrum.org's open assessment several times and it helped a lot. Thank you so much!
@@doodledum I think no. I pass PSM this month. What I found is you must well understood each and every sentence and interpretation behind it. And it mainly comes from experience.
Fantastic explanation. I started my PSM exam preparation with your video. It became lot easier to read the scrum guide. Thanks for such an amazing summary. Really helpful. Thanks a lot, it clears some basic confusion. This video was posted a year back, what would you add/change if you post this video in Aug 2019?
Very good video but the sound quality made it a bit hard to understand at times. If you decide to do another video perhaps a wireless microphone would improve things.
