    Scuba Diving Lessons for Beginners
    Scuba diving for beginners
Scuba diving lessons essentially hinge on 5 basic skills or theories
    1. Don't hold your breath
    2. Equalise early and often
    3. Clearing your mask
    4. Clearing your regulator
    5. Neutral Buoyancy
When you take scuba diving lessons, these are the first skills you will learn and the same skills you will use in every dive after that for the rest of your life.

was looking into scuba diving, and although other vids might be more on point for whatever aspect of scuba diving they want to explore in the video, this video actually offered a good all round explanation that seems to focus more on condensing the whole experience into a 30min vid, rather than diving straight into specifics (pun intended).
was a good vid to get a general idea ^^

I would recommend the assent rate of max 10 m per minutes as the diving computer will go mad.
