8:13 gear combination is bad for your drive train. The combinations you use will criss-cross the chain and wear it out much quicker. look it up on youtube. what are the correct gear combinations

Cycling tip: Use low gears on uphill and high gears on downhill
Changing gears will help u go faster. Ride on 24 gear or 23. Best of speed or less effort of peddling is on 8 gear. 2 on left 4,5 on right.
