HP Omen 16-b1000 Bios F.11 Rev.A restart hang problem (UPDATE: Read info below)

UPDATE!!!!!!! It won't say on HP's Support Assistant tool. But if you go to Windows Update and go to 'Optional Updates' HP Firmware HP has just been released and updates the HP Omen Bios to F.13 Rev.A. So be sure to update to this via Windows Updater/Optional Updates to override the HP F.11 Rev.A Boot hang problem.
So here is a short video, No video showing because it's basically as i said. It's random when it happens.
The laptop when restarting at times will sometimes 'hang' on reboot and just sit with a grey/black screen (screen will be on with backlights. but no display.) and the normal 'wave' effect the keyboard does when booting doesn't happen. The keys stay off and the laptop will just 'hang' without doing anything. No response to controls or anything. Only way to fix it is by force shutting off and returning it on (Holding down for 2seconds and then clicking it back on of the power button). After that it works like normal. No damage or problems happen. But it sometimes feels as if it's wrong to force it off after this happens, Including when Windows Update or something else requires a restart process.
I don't think i have had it happen on JUST the laptop alone with nothing plugged in. But when i have had USB caddy harddrive and/or just a HDMI it would.
I don't think i had this happen with HP's F.07 Rev.A. But sadly i can't 'flash' the bios back to it. Even when i do, EVEN with turning internet off and booting to windows. After a 'restart' even with no network. The PC has some internal updating system that it reflashes itself back to the latest bios.
So it's ether Bios F.11 Rev A is a problem, Or a driver problem for my HDMI output port.
If anyone else has this problem. Be cool to comment down below and tell me if you found any fixes. If not i'd report this to HP so they can look into it.

I have had no problems since the new bios update via windows optional updates. It seem to have fix the protocall on reboot that it's some kind of checksum that checks about display and ports.
