Kinda sucks he left em, cuz he and Thomas Lang and Chris Adler were some of the most long time endorsers of the brand...and I feel like they only got better. +Robert De La Rosa He's been using Gretch for a few years now, I'm guessing he's using Coated Emps on the toms. I've seen him using CS dots a lot with other projects, but I'm not surprised he opted for two ply heads for Underoath shows.

Like Jacob Rogers said he did switch to Gretsch like 2 years ago. I've been following Aaron's drum tech on Instagram and Aaron is currently using Coated Vintage Emperors for the toms, Clear Powerstroke 3 for the kick and Coated Emperor X for the snare. I think this Gretsch Kit for the Self-Help Festival was a rented kit. The kit Aaron used for the Rebirth Tour was his Gretsch Brooklyn Kit in blue oyster finish with double-flanged hoops. The shells are 6ply maple/poplar. His set consists of 13x8 rack tom, 16x14 and 18x16 floor toms, 22x14 kick and the snare is 6.5x14. Though I think his snare is custom made. I know he has used the Steve Ferrone aluminum signature snare by Gretsch back with Paramore when he made the switch to Gretsch.

Martin DEAN it’s preference. I’m assuming you’ve never seen his other videos of him playing live. He’s one of the most solid drummers around. Not only does he play but like you see here, he sings. Just because he’s not doing crazy shit around a kit or showing off his “chops” doesn’t mean he’s not good. Don’t be lame.
