I love how at 4:35 Amy was like:"Wait..what?You want to side with Samaritan?!"in that moment I just saw Root all worried like:"Are you really gonna betray me?!Don't you dare, sweetie, please,I love you,you know that, you can't really think of siding with Samaritan!:-
I believe this interview happened before Season 4 started, and at 4:30 I don't think Sarah knew she was pregnant yet, or where the story was going to go to accommodate that, but it's interesting that what she's saying, while it sounds kinda crazy, is actually where the story went in Season 5.
What is the point of Shaw's character? What were the writers thinking in conjuring up some man hating feminist unemotional nutcase who turns up makes some feminist remarks, drinks beer, pretends she is badass then disappears and reappears to spew out some more feminist BS...there is no purpose to her annoying character. I mean these action scenes are unrealistic obviously, but when a man is the centrepiece of a shootout or takes out a whole group it's more watchable and believable. When you see a woman do it, it just looks silly.
...Where the hell did you get the idea that Shaw is a "man hating feminist"? And apparently a woman can't aim a gun now? What? There are women in real life that could kill 10 men in a minute. You sound sexist as shit.
season4ep7 shows that apperently Shaw is not a "man hating feminist". (She likes and admires Tomas....) And well, there are lots of movies have female characters that are totally badass (Angelina Jolie, for instance, played many characters like that.) So, what's the point of your comment?
***** 10 men in a minute!? Not sure this even happens in Hollywood! My point is obvious, Shaw's character is simply unrealistic, shows will simply plant a character like hers to keep these feminazis happy. There was one scene where she got punched by some big black dude and she barely even flinched. Or what about all the patronizing comments she's made towards John? If it was the other way round there would be an outrage. Other than that, she's a boring character. At least Root has some personality about her, Shaw is just irritating, there to simply prove she can cut it with the boys...or at least try to. The show should have remained as it was with Finch and John, they both have such a mystery and interesting history about them.
RJSyeah Obviously I'm exaggerating a bit. But that doesn't change how wrong you are. You think she can't have skills just because she's a woman. How sexist can you be? And Root does the same thing towards John. If you think she's boring or irritating, that's your problem. Shaw does have personality, and she is extremely complex. Stop trying to state your opinion as fact.
So you obviously didn't see the scene where she gets cracked straight in the face by a black dude and there's not even a scratch on her face? That's not an opinion that's what happened in that scene. Furthermore, yes it's a fact that in general, overall, men are smarter, stronger, faster and more skilful in nearly every area/sphere/discipline of life.
Amy is an underrated actress. Loved her in Angel then was floored in Dollhouse. She's very charming.
Agreed

Every gender is crushing on Sarah Shahi. If there was fifth gender, it would be crushing on her too.

And that’s said by someone who has earthlike crush on Amy Acker.
