    Today, I made a red velvet cake that goes well with Christmas with layers of white cheese cream sandwiched on a red sheet!
    It is a red velvet cake made with a very delicious ratio of cheese cream on a moist and fluffy sheet.
    I don't like a heavy texture, so it's one of the cakes I don't eat often, but this one was moderately soft and moist, so I ate it very, very delicious!
    The cream doesn't have a strong cheese flavor, and it's not too sweet, so I think I'll keep eating it without getting bitten. 😊
    I sliced the red velvet sheet into 1cm pieces and made it into 4 layers. The sheet is very fluffy and soft, so when you slice it into 1cm and move the sheet, it can easily tear, so be careful when moving it! Or you can slice it into 1.5cm and make it into 3 layers. 😊
    Rather than making a cake and eating it right away, it is recommended to eat it the next day after refrigerating it for a day so that the cream can soak into the sheet moistly!
    If you take it out of the refrigerator and eat it right away, you can enjoy it with a slightly heavier texture, or if you leave it at room temperature for a while before eating it, you can enjoy it with a slightly softer texture. 😊
    Since it's strawberry season, I decorated the cake with strawberries, and it feels like Christmas and the end of the year, and the cake seems to have become much brighter. ☺

    🍰 Red Velvet Cake 🍰
    ▶ Ingredients◀ 15cm in diameter, 7cm in height round pan
    Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 53-55 minutes at 320℉(160℃)
    105 g unsalted butter
    105g sugar
    1g salt
    45g oil
    70 g eggs
    3g vanilla extract
    150g soft flour
    20g red yeast rice flour (If you don't have it, replace it with soft flour and add more coloring.)
    10g cocoa powder
    3g of baking soda
    Baking powder 4g (Please use an aluminum-free product.)
    2g of red food coloring (Used by Chef Master 'Red Red')
    110g buttermilk or 100g milk (warm) + 10g vinegar
    300g cream cheese
    200g fresh cream
    70g sugar
    7 g lemon juice
    Strawberry (can be omitted)
    ◼ How to store ◼
    - If you leave it in the refrigerator for a day, the cream soaks into the sheet and makes it more moist and delicious!
    - If you take it out of the refrigerator and eat it right away, you can enjoy it with a more thick texture, or if you take it out for 5-10 minutes at room temperature before eating it, you can enjoy it with a softer texture.
    - After refrigerating, consume within 4-5 days.

    오일은 콩기름식용유도 가능한거죠.,,.? 그리고 모든재료 실온으로 해야하는거 맞나요? 생크림제외한 우유, 버터. 계란 이요~ 그리괴 홍국쌀가루가 다 떨어져서 박력분으로 전량 대체해야할것같은데요~< 박력분170g에, 색소(셰프마스터 레드색소는 몇그람정도 넣으면 될까요?)

      콩기름 식용유로 넣으셔도 됩니다. ^^ 생크림 제외 실온으로 해주시면 되시고 홍국쌀가루가 없으시다면 색소는 4-5g은 넣어주셔야 해요. ^^
