It may sound crazy. I'm an Italian boy dreaming this life just riding on a saddle in the middle of nowhere, and everything else a real cowboy does. Hope someday, or in another life, I'll do this, something that makes me so happy
I love to watch Trinity rein his horse with naturally gentle care for his horse. He once said he doesn't have 100% trust in this horse, his personal horse died, but he shows this animal respect. I find most animals give respect where they receive it... I would be proud if Trinity was my son♡
Pretty cool having a way to push the cattle under the road like that👍🤠. Trinity, I just want to stop and say thanks for the videos you provide. And not to mention all the hard work you have to do just to make sure a lot of people and animals get feed👏. I still believe there needs to be a rancher appreciation day if you ask me🤠.
Hey Trinity, I know cowboys and ranch people are tough people. Let them think its crazy to share videos of them. Tell those boys we love them and thank you for sharing your way of life with us so we can learn to appreciate what you do for the world Most people do not have the opportunity to live like you guys do and we don't ever wanna see your way of life disappear. I for one am very thankful that your channels guest riders and ranch communities are willing to be part of these documentary vlogs. The world needs facts more than fiction. You may look crazy to your peers right now and feel crazy for it. But this needs to be done. And from the experiences of the men and women who live the life. Not some glorified tv show focusing on sex, trauma, betrayals, and all that is wrong in today's world. Thank you al for the informative, interesting, clean, honest content.
Nice muster! I had a mare who was an excellent cutting horse, but she would not have liked that tunnel. She would have trusted me to get her through it, but it would not have been to her liking. Sure was a beautiful day for it! Thanks for taking us along! I can't ride anymore so this did my heart good😁
Trinity, that was just fantastic to watch from my recliner. I thought I was in Lonesome Dove there for a while but when I went to pee I realized I was still in S.C. Thanks for an experience like I can't get anywhere else. Seriously.
this is amazing, I leave in France, and my grandfather was a farmer, I used to drive a tractor and help him during the harvest, I try to be a farmer but it was too much work for me. I watch a lot of western movies this is freaking good to see a real cowboy. Thank you very much
Hey sir! Happy to see a long video again ❤ As of someone, who is currently taking a trip to the hospital for a back surgery, your video keeps me company and takes my mind off Much blessings ❤ Thank You
I am 65. Had back surgery a year ago last September. I hope you turn out as good as I did. I was so determined to get back on a horse again. Best thing I did.
That's one long day in the saddle!! Caliber... definitely slowed down...I could tell your voice was getting tired...and you all worked really hard...bless that wonderful lady for feeding you all... Now are you missing any cows and calf's?? Do you have the whole heard??
At one time - around 50 years ago- i had a great uncle that had a cattle ranch in Oklahoma panhandle area- it was near the Mount Sumpter Nat'l Park- what i remember most was the oil well pump in his front yard and it was about a mile to the front of the lodge- there was a bunkhouse for the cowboys and a cookhouse/dinning room for everyone- also the kids playhouse
Just think of the fun sitting around the campfire and then the fun later on. And then back in the saddle. I love watching you and listening to you talk I love your videos
Great job Calibar…. Man so of the hills were very steep. Some of the cows wanted to challenge him…thank you for expecting why the cows are so vocal. Thank you so much for taking me along…loved it..
Enjoyed this cattle drive so much!! Learned a lot!’ Especially about the cows being so noisy! Never knew that! Can’t imagine how tired y’all are!! Thanks for a great video!’ Will be looking forward to more!!
I just wanna say, THANK YOU Mr Trinity for the great video. I miss not being able to ranch anymore; but watching you & your good neighbors makes me feel like I'm still there. Just 1 problem w/my wagbars; I can't decide which 1 is my favorite ! Hats off to you friend !
I have read so many books set in Montana and although our mindsets are chalk and cheese, I respect the difficulties you encounter and incredible landscape. Also, the creak of leather makes me think of my late father, a horse whisperer, expert saddler and workaholic who, despite having polio, and being vegetarian, worked animals most of his 99 years, teaching me to love and respect each life.I think he would enjoy these videos, having done this work for so long. By the way, you have the best name, Trinity Vandenacre. From Kaye, rural Australia.
Are you saying your dad worked beef cattle and was a vegetarian? For dietary reasons? Just curious! I'm a vegetarian but still find Trinity's podcasts real interesting as a native of the West and as an animal person.
Really enjoyed this video, a few years ago I got to drive cattle up near Abserokee for a couple of weeks. Hard work, but never felt closer to heaven. Back in England, its hard not to feel the yearning for a good horse, a great dog, a tight crew. 😀 🤠
That was brilliant. The scenery was breathtaking. You are all hard working folks Have to be fit for that. Loved the cats at the end. I’m so grateful for this thanks 👍🏴
Brother Trinity from man to man , your voice and explanation on the many topics of ranch life relaxes me!! Look forward to watching all videos , seriously it's not for everyone! May God and the Amercan people always Bless you all with the support you deserve!!! I'd like to ask you do you or rancher friends, hire spanish speaking ranch help?? Reason I'm asking cause I'm Mexican American and we all see high percentage of Hispanics in construction . Trinity keep these amazing videos of the life you live coming , thanks for sharing!! Million Likes and God Bless you always , Amigo rancheros!!
Trinity ,the end of a good day in the saddle. Trails end . Did I here Cory say 82 head ,seemed like more. At the beginning of this video there was a good view of trees with beautiful fall leaves. So grand up there. Have a blessed week.
Great video!! I sure did learn a lot! Getting the cattle through the gate made me nervous watching it, that was a big herd all coming to that point. Big dose of respect to everyone involved ❤😊
Thanks, this brings back lot’s of memories. I wish I had overcome the “completely crazy” stigma and taken a camera on large cattle drives that I participated in while working an ranches in northern New Mexico and west Texas. Mirkwood sounds like it’s home to Wild spooky cattle and giant spiders 🕷
Wow.. so many cow.. I totally understand why Calibar was getting nervous lol Full-court press over the rails. Nerve-wracking to have them being stubborn there. Fantastic film. Thank you, again !
Great Video, and I really enjoy seeing the work that is put in to raising the food that feeds America. Question Though, Do you use dogs for herding? I saw them with you during the video. Do you use them to move the cows like they do in Australia, or is it a Companionship thing?
this is the most interesting and awesome thing I've seen this week.... and I'm a traveler so I see a lot!! thank you very kindly for sharing and explaining....I really want to cowgirl someday, it looks so frustrating and fun ❤️🙏 and I could get one if those wool vests!!!
I truly love observing the daily work evolved with ranching. Montana is so beautiful. I pray it stays that way with wize stewardship. You have shown the gear you put on the saddle and what you carry. You have notentioned a pow pow...do cowboys and or ranchers carry a side arm?
I just want to be there helping out with a great working dog & horse!!! 1 good dog is worth two men on horses. With a little sunscreen! My daughter has a ranch in Wy and moves there cattle 50 miles from summer land to winter land! It's about 5-6 days in the saddle.
My Grandpa had 2dogs for helping with this .but his Farm was a lot smaller basically a series of very large fenced areas intermixed with planted areas the breading of different types of cows sure does produce some Delicious meat..
I love your Channel and would actually love to do what you do but I'm older and out of shape and haven't been on a horse since I was about 14 years old LOL keep up the great content
I enjoy watching you herd cattle. I worked on a breed ranch at Castle Rock Colorado. The last time I was through there they had ran an interstate that cut most of the ranch off from the foot hills. I had a Belgium Sheep dog at the time. He was one smart dog that loved bearding cattle. It made my job very easy. The boss like giving me the heavy brush. But Buck didn’t mind it at all. One spring a bear came down and killed two calves. She enlisted me to track and kill the bear. She wanted the head and I got the skin. With a horse and a good pack mule I set out at the last calve he had killed. A month later I returned to the ranch with the head and skin. I gave the boss the last steak I had taken from the bear. That was a high light of my ranching days over forty years ago now. Later. That will be an good horse for you in another year or two.
Another great video ! Such good video of how fast you get going on your horse and I can feel The steepness of the hills you’re going up and down. Now to me that’s crazy. I’m afraid of heights so to think your sitting on your horse many feet off the ground AND going up and down the rocky kills. Umm cool to watch but no thank you on joining in So how good are you with your whip ? Can you hit a coin with it? Like I’ve seen in movies? Thanks again for Sharing the Contant you create it’s amazing.
Great video and work by everyone thanks for sharing - stupid question but do you time the railway crossing with when the trains are coming ? I guess you have to coordinate the crossing with the trains schedule.
I have a drone that will follow me. The problem is battery life among other things. To put together a video like this, I film 3-4 hours of video, while I am still attempting to get work done. That's tricky. If I had to set up the drone every 20 minutes I wouldn't really be helping.
We need more videos! I live in Utah. So my Question is do you take the cattle in the mountains that's Public land or is it Private land. Here in Utah I belive they run the cattle up on Public lands. I would LOVE for you to do a while video on this topic.
I so love your life...my dream life...but at 73 I'd do better cooking for you all😂😂Keto/carnivore is the best!! I even make Keto sausage gravy & biscuits 😋😋
I have a question, I ride a good bit but only about 2-3 miles every ride(typically 3-4 rides a week) and I have a hard time keeping weight on my horse, how to you keep weight on your horses?
While watching your videos, Trinity, it strikes me you do an incredibly difficult job of moving yours or your neighbors cattle during the seasons to break even. I wonder, why do you continue to do that? But, thanks for your videos, you do an excellent job of showing ‘real life’ ranching, you and my other rancher I keep track of in Wyoming up by Devils Tower area, “My Wyoming Life”. You probably know of him as well. Like both of you!
