17:43 if you are looking into this room and look straight down inside the doorway, there is a small hole in the wood floor. When I was a kid, my dad and I were there when he noticed the hole and pressed a penny into it. A perfect fit. Not sure why, but that silly dad trick stuck with me, and the last couple times we have been back to the old capitol I have made sure the family finds a penny to put back into the hole to remember him.

I never knew that about Lincolns desk. I would want to go to every museum. Enjoyed the history your have shared. I would prefer birthday cake over superman ice cream.
