I do hope the one way ticket from ghoul to human is only on the pts because I don't like that idea of locking people into a ghoul or human I agree it should be free the first time and then next time u be a ghoul it should cost u caps or something and I hope u let Bethesda know
The folks at Bethesda watch a lot of content and many of the creators have mentioned it so I hope they take that into consideration for the future. I am excited to see what they have planned.
I played as a ghoul for a few hours and it wasn't for me. Being unable to enter the Foundation interior or the Wayward because "they don't like ghouls" is weird considering they are both ghoul friendly in the Wastelander storyline. Having to abide by a disguise system wouldn't be so bad if the whole game had it. Exempli Gratia: players who sided with Foundation having to wear disguises to visit Crater and vice-versa.
I made my main PTS character a ghoul yesterday, we have an HP and AP bar on the screen but I can't work out what the bar above the AP does. I guess there will be UA-cam videos soon explaining how to play as a ghoul, I hope we will be able to switch from human to ghoul and back again for caps or gold when the update goes live.
The bar with the skull is your feral meter and when it drops to empty then the player will become feral. I would def. love to switch between human and ghoul for caps 🤘 I would even love an achievement called Indecisive 😂
I really hope they change the faction thing. The brotherhood and enclave i get why those 2 would shun us, but Foundation and Crater? They literally have ghouls living with them and even a super mutant at crater. I haven't tested Whitespring refuge but the responders even have a lot of ghouls around them. Lore wise, only 2 factions in 76 should shun us without disguises. The whole real point at least for me, to be a ghoul was being able to walk around WITHOUT needing a disguise for the most part. The gameplay aspects are fine otherwise. But disguises for EVERY faction? That might be a deal breaker.
I am hoping with the reaction from a lot of folks in the community they work on the disguise and such. I really was thrown off by the wayward not allowing me in with Mort right there to talk about his tapes.
@@Fargassier See that one i didn't know about. It just seems like for the most part, it just requires us to be disguised regardless of who we interact with. Hopefully the community speaks loud enough about this. It doesn't really make sense for places that have ghouls to be unwelcoming to ghoul players.

I truly hope for more disguises and Bethesda expanding on the whole concept.

It’s not even bad tho. Big woop you have to have multiple characters. Finally gives me a reason to make more then one

I am def. hoping we get something different in the way of being able to go into the Wayward and some other locations that are ok with ghouls. 🤘
