This session was excellent! Coaching is probably one of the most important aspects of education. It’s necessary for leaders and teachers to understand the role and value of a coach. I appreciate Melanie for speaking so eloquently about this and thank you Principal Kafele for highlighting this work. Serving as a coach catapulted me into the Assistant Principal position.
