Exactly. He always shows things only rich people can afford and wouldn't use because they can hire a cook.how the french started the poltical left and right
The first one is quite nice. The full kitchen in a microwave one is super handy for those with a busy routine and want to eat a little better. The main problem is that whoever can afford those items just becausr, probably knows how to cook well or can hire someone.
The meat thermometer is actually practical, though if you spend a bit more you can get a nice instant read one instead of the one they picked for this video.
Its the nature of the current youtube business model... And its probably going to become just like cable tv in a few years.. makes me sad because when i first became obsessed with youtube was when i realized how garbage tv was in 2012, youtube was an amazing place, not motivated by greed, but motivated by sharing, silly interesting random or funny things with each other and now suzan wichinski (youtube ceo) seems to have turned it into that same soulless output of videos for money over the last 5 years ive seen the content degrade drastically, just hoping that newer youtubers make content for the love of making videos and not for money
A great example is the king of random, his old videos were super interesting, and even helpful at times, but you look what hes been posting for the past 2-3 years andmost of it is absolute garbage
Anything that is considered work by humans can/will be automated somehow, that's how we become more "developed" I guess... so that our brains can focus on more mentally challenging tasks rather than physical
there are definitely great gadgets that make life in the kitchen easier, but in the last decade there has been an avalanche of kitchen gadgets that all seem to serve one particular purpose only and that have no versatility to them. Those are the gadgets I usually stay away from because they just take up space for being used once or maybe twice a year.
Over the years I have bought a number of chopping gadgets and one by one, they have all ended up in the charity shop box. Nothing beats a really good chef’s knife and a high quality chopping board, and a few UA-cam lessons on knife skills. I do have a number of electrical gadgets which help me live a whole-food plant-based lifestyle: a high speed blender, an electric pressure cooker/slow cooker/air fryer, and a soya milk maker. The last one isn’t strictly speaking single-use but I find its functions apart from soya milk making are not particularly good. The first two gadgets are definitely multi-functional and all 3 gadgets get used every day or every few days. I wouldn’t bother to buy any of the gadgets in this video. They are all far too expensive, and you can manage perfectly well without them! Use your common sense and save your money.
I can buy 15 tortias from the market every day for straight two years ! No cleaning no hassle no electronic devices no remote control ! I mean I can buy anywhere and eat different places.. Who gonna carry that 200lbs machine !
Hahaha overdoing the commercials? No way I'm watching this, I'm not going to even see the first commercial. Hopefully you make no money at all from me starting to watch this. (yes I have a problem with the overuse of commercials and greed.)
The only gadget i got as a present is my thermomix, but it doesn't make me lazy, i make fresh pasta, bread, more food from scratch, but i can leave it to cook and help my son's with homework, and get things done around the house without worrying about the food burning. While the thermomix is cooking i am washing dishes!
The first one is just for rich people to brag imo. "I paid $1,000 for this giant machine to take up my limited counter space. It's uses? It makes roti. ...oh just roti. It literally just does one thing. But uh....we might get more recipes some day?" Totally worth it I guess.
If you've got thousands of dollars to just throw away on useless products because you're too lazy to roll up your sleeves and cook, then go for it...just don't tell me how easy it has made your life.
Hmm. The Vegidair is just a hydroponics system. These are nothing new and have been around for a long time. Can make your own - detailed instructions on UA-cam or buy them on Amazon.
Origami kitchenware? WHO ASKED FOR THIS CRAP? Buying your meals via the internet to cook in some shitty automatic cooker? WHO? Thousand dollar Indian bread? WHO?

Just saying the thumbnail is not original, its actually from another video from "Eco Gadgets" it was posted a year ago, not criticizing just informing. I love these vids :)
wow a sous vide machine for 600 but i could buy a sous vide machine with all the extra things i need for it and it would cost me 200 to 300 dollars. so for adding a smartphone strapped to the sous vide machine is an extra 300 dollars, wow i would have to be really stupid to buy this stuff.
i wonder why people are salty against our amazing technological advances and just stay in the past. best to advance to our amazing technological innovations
Rotimatic: Obsolete. Ori kit : meeeh just fancy and a little too much. Suvie: soul less. Perfect: just another thermometer. Vegidair: yeah... appealing. Trivae: uhhh.... no.
the creators said its great, lol, what a joke. when would the creators ever say it wasnt great? i think you should have named this video, over priced gadgets for rich suckers.
wow two for two, that is both of the first two gadgets, are useless. i can make bread, naan bread and flat bread, in any size i want and for much less money. i also already have a measuring set of spoons and so dont need another.
The most people what they know, actually“Rooti “ it’s Somali word. The two languages Somali are old than Hindi language. they even use more Somali language/Arabic.
2 of these products seem like a rip off. What's special about the orgami paper and you can grow vegetables in your own home anytime of year with just a pot of soil.
Bread machines have been around for years. It's not new. I can pick up a bread maker in the thrift store for 10 bucks. I might try suvie. I'll believe suvie when I see it. Even with the instapot I'm constantly checking my food to see if it's done. I don't want to come home and have to reheat the food for another 25 minutes
Alternative title: "Cool Kitchen Gadgets You May Want But Probably Can't Afford"
Or, dumb kitchen gadgets by and for non-Americans weirdly in English.
tarstarkusz thats the kind of comment i perfectly don’t understand XD
real Alternative title: “Cool Kitchen Gadgets you can easily buy while making others look like they’re in the past”
Right, cuz I actually need a roti maker for Indian bread....
Exactly. He always shows things only rich people can afford and wouldn't use because they can hire a cook.how the french started the poltical left and right
These are not gadgets we need at all in fact they are useless and will make people become stupid in the kitchen
Ikr?! Tbh the first gadget looks cool i thought was a tortilla maker though lol.. I was like yesss Tacos 😂😂

@@Af0restp3rson And not very expensive. Only a thousand dollars!!!!!!
I like your attitude
Exactly. The only one I could possibly use/need is the thermometer. Every kitchen should have one in my opinion but the rest I can definitely pass on.
These gadgets are for people who don't know their way around a kitchen or how to cook 🤔🤨💯
The meat thermometer is actually practical, though if you spend a bit more you can get a nice instant read one instead of the one they picked for this video.
Rotimatic was looking good until he said the price. No Thanks.
After presenting many products that literally cook for you, they end the video with an ad telling us to stop being lazy. 🤷♂️
The world seems to keep churning-out and telling You You need useless dependancies....

1000 to make a bread? il stick to handmade
good luck burning the house when you can buy bread at your local grocery store XD
Actually none of these are needed.
I make 3 rotis in a minute
it will make rotis while you are in bathroom too !
and unless you work for a huge food company...catering weddings, what not...this machine (rotimatic) is not gonna pay for it self anytime soon

All of these gadgets are UNITASKERS
The only unitasker in the kitchen should be the FIRE-EXTINGUISHER [Alton Brown]
the real unitasker is all of these gadgets
Recipe for Roti is "spices" and I lost it. Roti is just almost whole wheat flour and water. No we don't add spices in everything. Please grow up now.
Yes i am from India, Tamil nadu
O God is this channel becoming an ad channel for impractical useless items:?!!!
nope, they’re a channel to make anyone look like a fool and set them in the past
I thought the thumbnail was clickbait since the machine looks a lot like an office printer.

You actually DON'T need any of the things in this video.
you actually *do*
The origami 'thing' Does it for me : cheap, light, multifunctional.
Ok every item in this video is way to expensive to actually be useful to normal people.
i cant even afford to have asparagus on my meal
I go to grocery, and stare at Asparagus for a minute. That fills me, so I don't have to buy it.
$1000 for a tortilla maker? wow...hell no
Roti maker
good to know there are folk with more ingenuity than practicality and others with more money than sense
What a waste of time these gadgets are!
I can buy 15 tortias from the market every day for straight two years ! No cleaning no hassle no electronic devices no remote control ! I mean I can buy anywhere and eat different places.. Who gonna carry that 200lbs machine !
nurul soheil I love it Let’s be UA-cam friends

Ps. With same amount u can have roti for a lifetime
I’m looking forward to rotimatic vending machines.

Waste of money, no one should be that lazy they need an over priced gadget to cook for them.
8:22 OMG I'm about to serve the food but I don't remember where I put my Trivae so I have to throw away all food and order pizza instead. Bummer.
Row-Ti. NOT Wraught-T.....makes it sound like Rotten 🙄

Iron man would buy all of them
Iron Man died
More gadgets for people not to learn how to actually literally cook
Available on Amazon for 600 bucks! Just checked! Today 07/01/2020 (July) Rotimatic
Gadgets you would use one time in your life and then would need an entire new storage room to put in.
The only thing I'm interested in is the Suvie, as I cook a lot & it could save me time!
The trivae could be useful too....
The first one is just for rich people to brag imo.
"I paid $1,000 for this giant machine to take up my limited counter space. It's uses? It makes roti. ...oh just roti. It literally just does one thing. But uh....we might get more recipes some day?"

Can cook chicken and asparagus in about 15 min's without messing with instruction's or tricky setting's etc, what a waste.

@542 that's a carbon steel pan that has never seen seasoning, as in brand new. Both pans are. This is set up specifically for this.
I would like to see them actually tested by professional
This is creativity...seriously.... Making people useless n unskilled... Etc etc etc
LOL - in da Thumbnail it looks like it’s PRINTING out pita bread. #printing #printers #funny
Hope the Chinese will soon make the roti machine for 100$ then I can afford it😁😁😁😆
Or...
You could learn to cook.

Well, at least the Trivæ was reasonably priced.
Rotimatic in indian price it's about 2 Lakhs
Rotimatic: Obsolete.

The only useful thing is the thermometer. Everything else is expensive crap.
I'm not sure if healthy or not but certainly makes you lazy for sure without any afford.
Amazing gadgets 👍👍equipments 👍
This Roti(indian flat bread) making is bad in working. Doesn't make roti close to made by griddle.
wow two for two, that is both of the first two gadgets, are useless. i can make bread, naan bread and flat bread, in any size i want and for much less money. i also already have a measuring set of spoons and so dont need another.
How the fuck is a $1000 unitasker machine something I actually need?
The only useful thing I saw was the thing to hold hot pan lids. When you have no counter space, that suddenly becomes important.
How do i try these out i want to review these if the companies can send them to me and after the review I'll send back or I will buy it.
Rotimatic is unfairly expensive ..not worth the money but I guarantee...if the drops...it will be a hit in India
Dude's eyebrows......😬
Can afford 700 dollar stove cant afford barbershop
The most people what they know, actually“Rooti “ it’s Somali word. The two languages Somali are old than Hindi language. they even use more Somali language/Arabic.
Thanks for giving the "root" word
I would like to have the rotimatic, but it is to expensive in Indian money
The rotimatic looks like a printer. Lol instead of paper coming out its roti.
Less than the price of Iphone or Samsung Galxy
I think the only useful one is the Suvie but I would only wanna make my own recipes in it.
Is it really that hard to make pita by hand? Mix it and let it rise for an hour...bam.
I did something like this a month ago with plans from Woodglut.
1:30 imma put it on my christmas list
1:32 never fucking mind
Unsurprisingly I didn't need any of them.
Best way to get lazy buying these products..
Don't make stupid us, crazy device.
I'm the 2st
Best video 👍👍👍👌
The Rotimatic is Best Ever 👍👍👍👌👌👌😍

Me: windowsill, free!😃
No thanks there always a way to do it . I find one but you guys can have it

Pay a $1000 for a Rotimatic or just do one in a frying pan.
Price is ridiculously too high. 😬😬😬😬😵😵😵😵
wow i could buy any other measuring set as well and for way less money
Thay need a machine to make roit I can use my hands and make roit in 5mins
Need none of these. Channel is now the Skymall UA-cam channel.
The Rotimatic looks like it is made by Xerox.
The “ Suvie “ costs $999 not $699 on there website.........! . . !
2 of these products seem like a rip off. What's special about the orgami paper and you can grow vegetables in your own home anytime of year with just a pot of soil.

6:52 the vegidair is literally just a $230 pot.
