- For the fifth video of this series, classical music majors watch VIXX for the first time!
I will be releasing this series once a week, every Monday. Sometimes twice a week....maybe. It'll be a surprise ;)
**Part 2's of groups won't come out until I have shown them Part 1 of the groups I want them to get into**

HOWEVER, if it's a recent song (like Blood, Sweat & Tears, or Decalcomanie, or Fantasy, those won't be shown until they've watched the groups' older songs, so they can see them grow musically!)

If you are doing Topp Dogg you definitely need to do The Beat and Arario. Both of them have musical elements that are very different/peculiar. And Topp Dogg is awesome.

I wish VIXX went back to having such a dark concept. This song is what made me like VIXX. But I guess there is only so much they can do without repeating themselves. That's the problem with VIXX people like it when they do dark, but they can't continue doing that.
Seems like kpop bands always have to show off how versatile they're style is... which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just sucks that there are no groups that do consistently dark stuff. Western bands with dark themes get away with doing only those concepts - and it's pretty much expected. It seems that an overwhelming amount of starlights prefer the dark themes, but maybe they're trying to appeal to more mainstream stuff?

Because of a webtoon, I watched voodoo doll. It' my first ever kpop mv that I watched. It successfully convert me into a starlight. Not a single regret was given..
I want to see their reaction to fantasy cause that song gives massive impact to those who are musically inclined. maybe they will be more interested in that song bec of it's theatrical musical hiphop combined or whatsoever that give goosebumps to most listeners.
Along with Topp Dogg's 'Top Dog', you should also show their song 'Arario'. I'd be interested to know their opinion especially because of how the song incorporates traditional Korean instruments to create a hip hop based song.

For a person who's watched tons of vixx reaction videos, this is a kind I've never seen. While watching a MV, your friends pick out major 3rd and minor 3rd chords from the song right away. A girl here understands the metaphor of the song Voodoo Doll even before going thru it. Also, your editing is really cool. I did enjoy this reaction video so much. Thank you. I'm already looking forward to the next part of VIXX. :)

Voodoo Doll is my favorite song ever and I have lots of feelings about it, so seeing people actually appreciating the music and creativity of the track (instead of just commenting on how weird and scary the video is, like every reactor ever) was really heartwarming and made me incredibly happy, so thank you!

can't wait to see them react to Error, I'm still not able to watch that M/V WITHOUT crying, without even knowing the translation of the lyrics I cried the first time seeing and hearing that track. Voodoo Doll though to this day is my favourite VIXX track, even just the instrumental is amazing.

While you did show them some good VIXX classics, they are not the most complex. Since you are showing these videos to Classical Music majors, I can infer that they pay a LOT more attention the music more than the visuals.
So I suggest you have them listen to Error and Dynamite from VIXX. They are, by far, the most complex pieces they've released. Additionally, they stray away from the concept-y theme, so these tracks are easier to appreciate and don't give off those "foreign" vibes that On and On and Voodoo Doll produce.
Since you're showing their older stuff, I'm guessing you're going to show them No More Dream? Oh god no OTL. I also guess you're going to show them N.O. which makes me feel excited!! But other than that I'm gonna be really embarrassed haha
Actually I was planning on skipping over N.O and No More Dream and going to Danger and maybe Boy in Luv or War of Hormone (trying to decide between those two). But if I get enough requests for it i'll show them No More Dream/ Bulletproof/ N.O xD -Umu
